I found that the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they were on top of things right away my entire stay:)). They also gave me many suggestions on where to visit and what to see, so helpful. Definitely going to come back and stay again!!

Good comfortable room for the most part. It was not renovated as most other had been. The bathroom toilet was not priperly secure to the floor. It movrd a lot. The bed though was v comfortable.

The room had such a smell it was nearly unbearable. It was very noisy and fairly run down

Liked the location to food and shopping. Noticed a kids hockey team was staying at hotel. Asked for a room away frkm the kids, said wil see what they can do. Got stuck beside the noisy room and had to ask to be moved. When we got there one elevator was out of order. The next morning both were out of order. Had to walk down 3 flights of stairs with our luggage.

Breakfast was severed on paper plates with plastic cutlery. Pool is too small to swim. Good for kids playing.

I liked that there was a lot of restaurants and shopping close by. Made it easy to visit family close by.

Nice stay

No view no balcony in the room. Pool is almost on road not proper pool only slide drop off area. Service was also poor no complementary water bottles in room.

-the slide is not open as advertised. We had to wait for an attendant to come back and by that time, we were already out of the hot tub. The breakfast is very good, though

very clean, modern, staff was courteous, breakfast option were good, coffee always availablebed was comfortable.

This is my 3rd time here in the last couple of months. I plan on making this my regular stay when I come for work.
