Lovely experience overall. Enjoyed the sky bar

Nice sauna, steam room and pool. Room was okay but bed was hard and bathroom configuration made it hard to use toilet. No plug for hairdryer in the bathroom. Restaurant was closed on rooftop, bar was open with minimum menu and was very expensive. Lack of ambience in bar on top floor

Excellent. Great staff, good standard 5 star hotel.

Perfect stay in an ideal location for everything. Staff were very helpful although we did get given the wrong information about their New Year’s Eve celebrations but it may have been more of a language barrier. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the Swissôtel for two weeks. Everything from the staff, room, breakfast, gym, spa, and fine dining were flawless. This was my second time staying at the Swissôtel for weeks on end. I will keep returning.

Great facilities good sized clean room, massive bath, great spa and delicious breakfast 5 stars from me!

The breakfast was nice but room service wasn't available at other times that I wanted. The room was great value for money. The housekeeping was a little bit slack but the room was clean and we enjoyed our stay.
