My family and I had a wonderful vacation. Enthusiastic and thoughtful staff. Buffet breakfast is quite diverse but not really delicious, like the dessert bar. Close to Sunworld, near eateries

The spacious and luxuriously furnished and decorated lobby and restaurant would indicate one has arrived at a five star operation, yet the receptionist’s poor English settled that. A surprise deposit requirement of yet again the room rate that might be returned to me within 30 days put me off. The more skilled morning staff clarified that the amount would immediately be credited back to my credit card. Try the Joghurt at breakfast, it’s the best I’ve ever had!

Nice place to stay with affordable price, we booked connecting rooms for family and were satisfied. Great breakfast buffet. Receptionist was nice. We will recommend to everyone coming to Halong.

Soundproofing room is not good. In the middle of the night, the guests were drunk, beating my room. Hotels need to have clearer regulations, penalties or compensation, but high-class hotels never let their guests so drunk they didn't know anything about the hotel.

The hotel is clean, spacious and beautiful. The hotel needs to improve the soundproofing between rooms although not significant, but sometimes I hear voices from the next room.

Our family is only 1 day here but the impression is very good. I have a super room with nice bridge and spacious rooms. Breakfast rich and delicious. The pool is also great.
