Great location, definitely make use of the spa

I was very dissapointed that there wasn't any tea/coffee making facilities in our room.

Clean - elevators didn’t always work

Good variety of foods and drinks for breakfast, but the food in the restaurant/ room service was definitely lacking. The room was clean and Wi-Fi was was strong. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop just across the street that will take you to the beach ' very convenient.

The breakfast was great and room very spacious and clean.

The restaurant was spotless, and all the staff were very friendly and professional. The menu was varied and delicious. Excellent service.

Terrible customer service they don’t welcome with a smile or anything to feel welcome; didn’t even suggest anything to us or at least help us with some of our luggage.There was even a blackout & we tried to call reception and no one answered . There were so much noise at night that it was hard to sleep. Breakfast didn’t taste good.Scrambled eggs watery and bacon sausage tasted bad. We tried to eat the bacon but was hard to chew.The only thing we ate were fruits.For the price we paid for 3 days it was not worth it. When we tried to bring water to our room they stopped us from the breakfast room and told us to bring it back .

Our experience during our time at the hotel was excellent. The hotel is within walking distance from the City of Arts and Sciences and across the street from 2 major shopping centers. There are several bus lines nearby that serve nearly every part of the city. Great restaurants nearby too. The staff is very friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. We would stay again at this hotel. We highly recommend it.

We stayed at Hotel Primus Valencia for 4 nights during the Fallas festival and they exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was incredible and well worth the 12 euros per person. So much variety, quality and the wait staff was great. The hotel also helped us add an extra room (for a reasonable fee of course but given the busy season, we were impressed). Location was perfect for the evening fireworks and right on a major bus line to take you to the old city. The park is an easy walk, as is the City of Arts and Sciences and there are lots of restaurant options in the area. We also felt very safe here and in the surrounding area. The only downside was the elevators weren't working all that well during our stay.

Nice place, location is ideal. Common areas are nice. Room also nice, bathroom not great to say the least, toilet loose from wall, no A/C in winter. Poorly kept.

Please do not say that you are a 4 star hotel it's absolutely not the case. Room is clean but that's all, no complementary water or coffee, no acces to swimming pool , unacceptable queue at any time on the desk... horrible experience and I'm travelling a lot !

Well located and good breakfast selection!

Big rooms Appropriate breakfast But 2 out of 3 elevators did not work. Additionally, we were unable to use either the cycling bike or the treadmill in the gym as both were out of order. When we mentioned this at the reception, the issue was not properly addressed. All in all, the value for money was poor
