Great hotel to relax in Jiutepec, Morelos. The staff is very attentive to detail, and the amenities are excellent. The restaurant serves delicious food. We also took a yoga class in the garden, which was really nice. We had planned to attend a meditation class on Sunday, but unfortunately it was canceled. We will be back!

I paid for a villa and it did not match my expectations at all. There was no AC in the whole villa. The place was extremely hot. Also, I paid the extra money for a villa but did not get a kitchen or even a refrigerator. The property was very pretty. They had lots of nice flowers. The spa was also nice but the lack of amenities for the rooms was unacceptable. My friend paid less for a smaller room and he had AC and a fridge. My wife went to complain before our last day and they acted as if we could easily switch to a room with AC. For the life of me I don’t understand why they would think somebody would pay luxury prices to stay in a room without basic amenities. If you are in Cuernavaca then choose any of the other resort hotels. You can go to Mision for the spa and the restaurant but paying their prices for lodging is a terrible idea. At the very least DO NOT spend the extra money for their villa which is complete rip off. $400/night to sweat in your sleep.

El lugar es divino como siempre. La pasamos muy bien es ideal para relajarse y descansar pero necesitan mejorar su servicio al cliente. Quitaron los carritos de golf lo que hizo que subiéramos a pie en la noche hasta la recepción. El personal del spa y restaurante espectacular pero la recepción no, nos dieron una cita para 12:30 en el spa y pedimos el late check out. Nos dijeron que solo podía ser hasta la 1 cuando el hotel claramente no tenia mucha ocupación. Pedimos servicio de bell boy y tardo tanto que tuvimos que sacar nuestras maletas para llegar a tiempo a nuestra cita en el spa.

Agua solo tibia en la regadera, la comida del restaurant de mala calidad, arañas en el cuarto, El personal se esmera por dar buen servicio pero no tienen los recursos

What stood out by far were the hotel grounds. They definitely made me feel one with nature with all the beautiful flowering/fruit trees and small water streams with fish. A very relaxing setting by far.

Overall it is a nice hotel if you want to be recluse in a hotel. No noise but not much to do so if you plan a long stay could be boring.

Lost staff at reception. Checkin at 4pm. WiFi not working and staff doesn’t know password. Pool staff is very competent and very friendly.

La paz y tranquiidad que ofrece el lugar. Exelente spa y las instalaciones y el personal son increibles.

There was no mini bar , no air conditioner, no robes in the room, is not an only adults hotel There were minimum 5 child’s All that what they advertised in the Mision del Sol page is not true, the staff is good but very slow to do things, cost benefit is not worth

Misión del Sol was an unbelievable property with amazing amenities. The dining is healthy and delicious; the spa services were wonderful; the property grounds are lush and soothing; and the on-site activities (yoga, meditation, sound bath) made sure your day was as active as it was relaxing. I cannot imagine a more beautiful and relaxing getaway.

El hotel es muy bonito, particularmente los jardines. El servicio fue bueno, la gente es muy amable. Nos dijeron que están en transición y que poco a poco irán mejorando las habitaciones. La nuestra no tenía aire acondicionado, muy necesario en época de calor, y solo tenía un equipal para sentarse aunque era habitación doble, eso se ve medio pobre. La zona no es muy bonita y no ofrece gran cosa para salir, sobretodo en la noche. El hotel es caro, quizá un poco alto para lo que ofrece.

Es un gran lugar muy bonito pero cambió la administración y el nuevo personal no es el mas adecuado, me quejé varias veces por diferentes temas la mayoría tenia que ver con el servicio y la disculpa de la persona que me atendió es que estaban remodelando.

They were very unhelpful for someone who isn’t from the country. Rude and even left a nasty note in my room because I don’t speak Spanish. Left the hotel right away and they did not want to refund the rest of my trip. Had to battle for it. Would not recommend.

This is an excellent place to relax and leave all the stress out. Beautiful gardens and a peaceful atmosphere helps you restore your energy
