Clean, quiet, and comfortable; what more could you ask? Also, the young lady at the registration desk was friendly and efficient. The breakfast had enough choices and the coffee, while not Starbucks quality, was decent. We would stay here again when traveling through the area.

Room, cleanliness and breakfast were excellent. Only suggestion would be more towel hooks or a towel bar in bathroom. One double hook on back of door is not sufficient for a room for 4 people.

I was very pleased with the customer service. Both people I dealt with at the front desk were very polite. Breakfast was great as well!! The property was clean. The only issue I had was that the microwave in my room wasn't working, but I let the lady at the desk know at checkout for the next guests.

I had booked a nonrefundable room for a stop on our way to FLA. The condo owner notified us and due to a family situation they needed us to arrive 2 days early. I wanted to change the date from 1/31 to 1/29 with the same hotel. I am sure this is an off season for hotel bookings. After several attempts with your online service I was told they couldn’t. I wasn’t asking for a refund, just change the date. Plus I lost my One Key Cash that had been applied to the room. Very disappointed
