It was great, very clean great service staff without standing. Enjoy Guadalupe Church pyramids

The suite was fantastic and well worth the amount charged. There was a TV in both the bedroom and in the living room The kitchen was well equipped. We were given two little bottles of water for the first night, but the maid forgot to replenish the bottles so for the next four nights we bought water in the nearby store. She also did not replenish the toilet paper but we managed on what we had.

The location is excellent I really love this suites overall a great experience great staff great safe location the only thing I would said is the rooms are a little outdated and can use a renovation but other than that and excelente choice to stay I would definitely be back

People were yelling at night and no one did anything about it. I told the front desk person and she ignored what I said. Also, there was a dirty mattress outside my room.

I want to give him three stars Cause I asked for 2 extra towels And they would only give us one, that's their policy Hotels go Through?, hundreds of towels every day that need to be washed Policy was upsetting.We needed an extra 2 Towle's Poor treatment of a customer That was there a 8 days

Awesome location

Rooms are not what it shows! Beds are with stains, old bathrooms and furniture. We had booked two nights and we left as soon as we checked in! Personel didn't care about our complaint
