People were so nice!

Nice and clean room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Just don't let valet tell you its ok to park in adjacent lot until he can get your car moved even with handicap placard. Just received a ticket in the mail for $100.

Great location, friendly staff & decent breakfast

I didn’t get the room I registered and paid for. They tried to blame it on booking through a 3rd party vendor with different room descriptions. I double checked everything and the room descriptions are the same on your site as theirs. Then they said they didn’t have that type of room available. They should have upgraded at that point not down graded. I would not have stayed with them if it wasn’t for your platform.

Spacious room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good, great variety of hot/cold food, the staff were so friendly /helpful. Great location, short walk to all attractions and Broadway. Highly recommend

My initial room was very noisy. Could hear everything outside and also a sporadic buzzing every 10 minutes or so.

The staff was the main thing, they were amazing. Room and breakfast were fantastic but the staff is the primary reason I would stay there again
