Nothing special, ordinary room, not so good breakfast, no platinum perks

A great place to stay all in all. The staff was great during my stay and the room was to standard.

Very central and clean

Nice hotel, good location, staff were super friendly. Only downside was it was a bit too warm in the rooms and you couldn’t open the windows. Cleaning staff started early and were a bit noisy but these were very minor issues and wouldn’t put me off using them again.

Housekeeping seem to start clearing rooms at 8am - moving furniture, slamming doors and talking loudly in the corridor. Noisy and difficult to sleep. Not recommended.

Our room was very dated and there was no amenities the hotel no longer has a bar, the hotel could not provide any street maps of the city, but the staff was very friendly and the location not too bad.

From the moment we arrived the staff were very helpful. The safe in our room was locked and they sorted it out immediately. They also gave us great advice for restaurants. The room was very clean and the hotel itself is a 10 min walk to old town.

Breakfast is basic, rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked although fixed to a specific temperature and only working when card in the room. No hot water on the second day and attempted to say it was our room only, we had 3 other rooms with family in and they were the same. There was nobody available to fix it until 9am when the maintenance person showed up, by that time we were away on a tour. The hotel is in a good location with access to the local subway a 10 min walk and a 15 min walk to the old town.

Broken coffee machine, not fixed when mentioned. Bathroom not clean, sofa not clean.

Just good feelings at the hotel Climatitation adequated. Breakfast very tasteful My especial THANKS to Andrei (recepcionist) just good hints and very efficient. Room OK Situation OK

Clean room

Good hotel. It’s not my first time in the area and it’s been very nice and quiet;) the hotel is excellent

It was old but in good condition the rooms were large with a fridge and coffee machine. Close walk to the parliament building and not to far to the old town.

So nice, very kind, I loved that hotel
