Room small and the bed very small for 2 people only 150 cm for double bed and room smell very bad.

The rooms are clean and the staff are good. But we are required to make a deposit of HK2000 per room and it has been 16 days since we checked out on 24/9/2023, the deposit money has not been returned to my credit card.

Sleep uncomfortable with a bed of approximately 140 cm wide. Not at all suitable for 4 stars. Beds are very small for sleeping together. The decor, paintings and furnishings are very bleak for guests who are still thinking rationally. Not according to photos seen on traveloka. Breakfast in the menu is pretty good and complete. Staff and reception are very helpful and satisfying.

I am a family with 3 small children. order 2 rooms. love to stay here. pros: the rooms are quite spacious. Twin mattresses can be for 2 children. the location is really in the middle of the city. close to branded goods store-stores, close to MTR and buses. Lots of taxis and locations easily found by uber. Cons: because we are Muslim, hotel food is mostly not halal. Only if mah halal food is in front of the Kowloon mosque near the hotel. There are people who are not friendly.

My favorite hotel for stay in Hongkong. I always come early morning around 6am and they let early check in! The breakfast is very nice as well.

Average! Everything is standard, which might be a little fun is location. The breakfast was disappointing, we could get a better and varied breakfast in a 4 star hotel in Jakarta that was much better.

Nice decoration, clean room, staffs are helpful.. Mobile phone provided and can be used as hotspot.. No worry for internet access
