***DO NOT BOOK*** unless you are here strictly to party. Booked 2 nights at this hotel & 3 hours into our first night we were packing our stuff up & calling other hotels to find rooms instead. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed - this is actually a party house disguised as a hotel. The air conditioning is broken, the water pressure is non existent, the other hotel guests treat the place like a college dormitory. People were smoking in the building & our room was being flooded with it, as well as people partying & doing hard drugs in the halls. Despite being on the top floor of the hotel the nightclub (that was not advertised on Expedia) was loud enough to shake the entire building & keep us awake. In fact there might have been a brothel there as well. Fire alarms were going off at 2am & no one was even aware or reacting to it. When we called for help turning on our AC we were told maintenance would come to the room to assist & then later when we were at the desk hotel managers said the hotel does not have AC or anyone working there by the name we were provided on the phone, either management or the receptionist just gaslit us about it. We left before our stay was up, literally fled at 2:30am on our first night. This was a horrible, wretched experience & I wouldn’t recommend staying here to my worst enemy. When we asked about a refund they told us we’d have to get on through Expedia & when we reached out to Expedia we were told we would need one from the hotel.

Noise was unacceptable

The hotel is located close to Dublin city center (1.2-1.5 km from O'Connell Bridge). The Double Deluxe room is spacious (bedroom, separate living room with TV, coffee table, and sofa), and the bathroom has a shower and toiletries. Tea and coffee making facilities are also available in the room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is old-fashioned but pleasant. A good option for an overnight stay. The only minor drawback is the lack of breakfast. In the morning, guests can enjoy free coffee and croissants. Location and price of the hotel are fantastic for Dublin but does reflect the fact it is above the nightclub. It is VERY noise at 2am when the club closes, but they provide excellent ear plugs that worked great. We couldn’t hear the club from our room, just the noise on the street when it closed. Breakfast was plain, croissants , fruit and good coffee, but since we didn’t expect any breakfast at all we were very happy with it. It is a small and older building, but well maintained and clean. The only issue was the shower didn’t have hot water or drain, and the door was a struggle to close, but the staff were very receptive to our feedback and this is a very common issue in Ireland.

This property is completely unsuitable for any person not planning to use their nightclub. It is very loud until 3am and there is so much noise outside on the street that sleep is impossible. I had no sleep and although I changed rooms at 2am this did not resolve anything. I spoke to the night manager, the security and all the staff. They just made reference to the web site which identifies this nightclub on site. I booked via Expedia and paid on arrival - now I am stuck as no idea how to process complaint or refund

I’m going to get straight to the point. There is a club in/below the hotel. It is a very cool club, but it is also very loud and goes until 4:30 in the morning, at which point they kick out all the drunk kids, which is not fun. If you are on the first floor, it will be very loud, but it should be manageable second floor and up. They provide ear buds that don’t really work. For the price tho, the location is second to none

Mentions "noise" due to on-site club. Didn't mention crash barriers erected every night of the week due to large crowds attending "rave" type venue. Room on 2nd floor and so loud that vibrations could be felt, not just through floor, but in the bed! At 2am, the volume is ramped up even louder. I live 1 street away from street full of bars with outside speakers, so I am used to noise - but this was off the scale. Only noisy place in the street, so other hotels nearby are likely fine. Impossible to sleep in this place.

This is a beautiful hotel but only if you don’t actually want or need to sleep. Some genius thought it would be a good idea to put a very popular nightclub in the lower part of the hotel. The music thumped until 3:00 am and then the party of very loud teens/young adults moved into the street in front of the hotel until 4 am. Absolutely zero sleep was had before getting up for an early morning flight.

It has a great location. If you are young and want to stay in a nice place and don't mind to hear some music around it is a great choise. It has a bar called Dicey next to the hotel.

This place was hell on earth!!! It should not be allowed call itself a hotel!! It's a nightclub with rooms upstairs..... The entire building shook until 3.30am. I would have gotten a better night sleep outside with the poor homeless of Dublin.

With a nitghtclub on the main floor they should not put anyone in the rooms facing the street. Noise goes on toll 4:30 am.

We really enjoyed our stay! The clubs were not as loud as we thought they would be, the birds outside our window were louder 😄. The hotel does provide earplugs for the noise either way.

First night was so noisy as dowstairs is a club. No parking.

The room was very warm. Bathroom was humid and smelled of humidity...no bathroom fan. Floors were creaky and uneven. The hotel is above several nightclubs (like why?) so it was very very noisy until about 1 am, and after that periodically noisy. I can't imagine it on weekends. Don't stay here if you're looking for quiet.

Clean room they will come in every day if needed and kind cleaning staff also if you are ready to party a lot in Dublin they have a bar/club near you can here the music but they cut it off by 2pm not bad in my opinion
