Overall stay is reasonably satisfactory. Only thing for housekeeping to take note is, for Grand Deluxe Quadruple room, the room is meant for up to 4 people to stay. However, after housekeeping is done, there are always only 2 clean towels provided only.

The bed was very uncomfortable, neither the pillows nor the quilt, the air conditioner was very cold without any control from you, you just turn it on and off, there were mosquitoes in the room and the cleanliness was not good.

I book via app, shown the restroom is completed with bathtub. But unfortunately the room is not same as the picture. I don't want to complaint at that time, since I don't want my family vacation is disturbed with a small thing.

The location of the hotel is good for us Muslims to easily get food because of the stret charcoal environment, it's just that a boring hotel breakfast menu never changes.

Nice hotel. Good bed. Nice breakfast as well. Muslim friendly. Not so far away from BTS, which is important to us. For muslims, there’s a lot of halal restaurants close to hotel. Good connection for wifi.

It was good stay and comfortable

Second time staying here, great value hotel. While not as modern as others, rooms are large, clean and a great choice for breakfast. Close to 7/11 and 10min walk to BTS. Staff are super nice and helpful. The only minor negative is their TV channels are very basic and really not great.

Firstly based on price did not expect a lot. However i ended up extending my stay for business reasons. From the time i checked in to check out the staff were wonderful. Very helpful, friendly and a lot of other hotels should be more like the staff here. Room was a great size, plenty of room and while a tad out dated nothing to complain about. Breakfast was good, love the fact the hotel had real bacon considering a majority of people staying here were from the Middle East. As a western traveller the surrounding area was very much catering for Middle East people. Hard to find a good cheap thai feed. There was a handy 7-11 and mini supermarket 5mins walk away. Overall I was very happy as a business traveller. Would certainly stay again.

Good hotel overall The location is hard to find and it takes 10-15mins to walk from the Nana station. We are welcoming by the bell man and the receptionist. They allows us to check in early at around 12:00, and offer us welcome drink from the bar which is very yummy. The room is comfortable and big, clean and nice. At night, the AC is quite noisy and the neighbour room is noisy too so we hardly to get to sleep. The lift is small and only 2, when we are there, one is in maintenance so we have to wait quiet long for the lift. Overall its good stay, will worth your money with this 4 star hotel.
