The property was ok, the carpet in the room was very stained and grubby. It's in need of a urgent update

Upon entry, the front desk clerk was smoking while sweeping the front entrance that was clearly labeled no smoking. The entire hotel was filthy and our room in particular was disgusting. The surrounding property was very unkept and weeds were taller than me. One treadmill in the very small workout room was out of order, as was the hot tub. The furniture in the room was missing hardware. When I shared my concern, I was refunded $54, a small portion of my fee for the three night stay. At no point did anyone offer to come and clean the room I would steer clear of this place.

The rooms were dirty (party of 13) and the entire property was run down and not maintained. Ice machines not working, extra towels not available, breakfast room messy and not well stocked. The weeds were taller than the landscaping.

Plenty of handicap parking spaces.

I swear I'm not fussy. I don't need a lot and I'll let a lot slide. That being said this place, or my room specifically at least, was gross. The only thing in the room that appeared clean was the bedding and not a safe assumption when everything else is so ick. Stay elsewhere.

Very clean

Sometimes, you get what you pay for… The facility is a bit tired, the room I was in had old, dirty carpets, and the furniture was in need of replacing, just due to the overall cleanliness of it. However, the staff was very kind and helpful, and proactive with a refund issues I had to work through. Also, I had two dogs - no issues. All in all, fine for a quick overnight stay, but, just fine.

The hotel is pet friendly. Our room was clean, but smelled funny from time to time with the AC on. Overall, the rest of the place was pretty nice. Loved the indoor pool. Would stay again.

Booked through Expedia. Our room was filthy. The lady at the front desk was very nice. Lots of recent reviews discuss bed bugs… I read them prior to booking. The carpet looks like it’s 60 years old and is stain ridden. The first room we walked into smelled like cigarettes, the beds were half made, there was no toilet paper, and the floor hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. We asked for a new room and when we moved, although the smell was better there were pubic hairs all over the bathroom and stains on the sheets and the pullout couch looked like a raccoon got to it. We decided to leave and book another hotel. Hopefully we get refunded but still waiting. This hotel needs to start taking sanitation seriously or I doubt it will be around much longer.

The room was very nice. I was there for my son's graduation ceremony from NUOH. They came to our room and complimented it as well. We also had a little pool party and it was great. We decided to stay another night and there was no issue with booking our room again. Thanks for having us. We'll probably book with you on our next visit.

Staff very accommodating. Hotel is close to interstate, surrounded by convenient restaurants and located in quiet area with the exception of the occasional train.

Room was great if you like roaches.

Let me first state that we made the best with what we had. Our room was very dirty upon arrival we found someone else’s underwear and socks when we got in the room as well as mouse poop every where lots of it on our covers and in the shower there was hair and a already used bar of soap

This property was not up to the Country Inn & Suites standard. There were many stains on the bed's comforter, the couch in our room was one-half of a set (no arm on the right side???), the common areas were extremely worn, the pool had a questionable foam floating on the surface, etc... Overall we were completely disappointed in our stay and were anxious to check out.

We had 5 rooms. They all smelled of smoke. Floors filthy, beds uncomfortable, 2 towels and 2 wash clothes for 4 people per room????? That made zero sense. We were all over the hotel and not close together.

We had to switch rooms because it smelled like weed so bad in our room. The staff did nothing to make it right. They gave us an air freshener which didn’t work. The furniture was old and stained. They put couch covers to try to hide it. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Nasty.
