Easy walking distance from train station. Good location in the city centre. Had an evening meal in the restaurant. Decent choices, good service in a nice space.

Had a nice restaurant. The weather was warm and the hitel had no air conditioning. The rooms were small and the windows opened in to the room that was already small so there was no room to walk around the bed. With that said i would stay there again as we hit warm weather and the other hotels in the area look to designed the same way.

Nice hotel with a good breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Near the train and sits on an old town square. Just be aware that some of the nearby restaurants play load music into the early morning.

Great location for bus and trains. Staff are excellent and we received a friendly response from Lisa when we checked in. She was informative and helpful. Evening meal was delicious and presented very well. We stayed 6 days and breakfast buffet was delicious and plenty of choices. Only comment was there is no decaf coffee. However this was not a big issue due to the variety of teas available - our favourite was ginger and honey black tea. The cost of the accommodation is very reasonable and I would recommend it to others. I would certainly return without hesitation.

Shopping, dining and sightseeing are all in walkable distances.

The location is excellent and the breakfast was nice. The worst was the sofa bed that my 11 yo had to sleep on. Mattress super thin you could feel the coil.

Beautiful Historic Hotel, well located across the street from train station. Wonderful breakfast with so many healthy choices. Enjoyed using the sauna.

For the money is okay but it was a warm nights and has no AC. we were suffering since there is no AC.

The spectacularly grand old building transports you back in time, while having modern conveniences. And the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

This is a very nice hotel in exactly the right location in the center of Kalmar. Lovely,large rooms with lots of light. We will be back! Richard
