It is obvious that this property has a lower priority over others. I have been staying here several times since 2008 and can tell that the property needs some TLC. 1 of the rooms was not fully cleaned and had some items from the previous visitor.

Staff was so professional and accommodating

Breakfast was subpar. No juice, ran out of certain items, no fruit.

Stay was good, needed a little fixings in the room like floor tile in the bathroom. Little touch ups but nothing serious.

I pulled out a wash cloth and got it wet. It looked weird. I realized it was dirty. I think it got washed but needed to be bleached? I didn’t use it. Also, the toilet lid would not stay up. It wouldn’t go all the back either. It leaned on your back when you sat down.

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast leaves a little to be desired. Cleanliness is pretty good. It was nice to have an indoor pool as it rained a few days during our trip.

they should take the pool pictures off. and specify on 3rd party that pool does not work.

The room very obviously had not been vacuumed, the surfaces were all sticky and the coffee maker had mold and an old coffee filter pack in it. The light on the window side of the bed was burned out. I took the old bulb down to get a replacement and they didnt have any like it at the front desk.

We stayed in room 402 and it seemed pretty clean. My only concern was something super sticky stuck into the carpet next the head of the first queen bed closet to the couch. And the toilet seat had dried droplets of urine on it from the previous guests. That part was an easy clean and didn’t let us bother me because the rest of the room was in pretty good condition and the beds were amazing!

Hotel was clean, quiet, and a good value for the area. I do not like hotels with only one elevator. That is one strike. The thermostat on the HVAC unit had so much deadband in it the room was never comfortable temperature wise. Other than that, everything was as expected from a Comfort Inn.

I liked it was located in walking distance to Walmart ,Restaurants.

It was a great stay, the staff was friendly and courteous...

Loved everything. Loved it so much that I switched our Corpus Christi stay to Comfort Suites.

They advertise an indoor pool, show beautiful pictures of the pool, and show raving reviews of their pool. The pool has been closed for over a year, and does not state this on the Expedia website. This is false advertising. I have requested a refund through Expedia, but the Hotel manager has declined my request and has not provided a remedy for the inconvenience.

We came for the indoor pool only to find out it was closed indefinitely. The room wasn't fully clean, the floor sagged and bounced, there was no extra linens or blankets, the couch bed had no sheets, the whole hotel smelled musty, and breakfast was mediocre at best.

Very clean and comfortable. They were having issues with the wifi and one outlet wasn't working. Otherwise, it was a great experience.
