The property is very clean , excellent beach and pools .

There are hidden fees that I was not anticipating. It certainly brought my enjoyment down. Staff were very friendly. We were there during the blackout and fire alarms were buzzing and no one gave us direction so that was disappointing.

The location was phenomenal. Maybe a bit overpriced.

I have stood here before and it was a beautiful property, during this visit I stood in the Ocean tower. The elevators were an issue, myself and a few other guest almost got stuck in the elevator twice. My room had a great view but was very small. I ordered a king bed and that took most of the room up, my lounge chair had stains and there were other stains in the bathroom which I went out and bought clorox wipes to clean it.

Amazing, pricey but worth it

This hotel keeps the party going, music in the lobby, at the pool all over the hotel, night club is awesome. The pool service is top notch! Drinks are tasty and food is delicious. The bartenders are attentive. Beach is beautiful and clean, we felt safe staying at la concha.

Hotel dining was expensive. $20 for a gin and tonic. No bistro type or grab and go food options. The music by the pool was a bit loud and party-like. We were there with our kids so music was inappropriate for us

Very clean and staff was great. Walkable distance to great restaurants.

This is truly a 5 star resort. The staff was very attentive to our every need from opening doors to yoga and exercise. They also have maid service make sure you had every thing you need for the morning coming by in the evening. Our room had the most beautiful ocean view. Down stairs and you are on the beach with staff setting up chairs and umbrellas for you. There is plenty of shopping and dining. I could go on.

Incredible Wish there was a tub in room and wish windows opened and wish there was a microwave

Location: this is a prime location, central to a lot of things happening in the area. It’s about a 20-30 minute walk to the downtown area or a $5-$10 Uber ride. The bars and restaurants are all reasonably walkable. The resort is right on the beach and it’s gorgeous. Food: food on the resort felt pretty average and was very experience especially for what you were getting. Service with the food was also somewhat rude so wasn’t the greatest experience. Amenities: they have so many amazing pools. We really enjoyed their 4 ft infinity pool overlooking the beach. It was great to lounge around in and bar service was fast and friendly. They have beautiful spa services with a gorgeous view of the ocean and it was a great experience. They also have a nightclub on site and it looked to be a really fun scene. We also really enjoyed the onsite casino. They had some reasonable priced tables and they also gave us a voucher so we were able to play one hand on the casino. They don’t around often to take your orders though so that was a bit frustrating. Room: We had a beautiful room. Very spacious with a balcony. The balcony was overlooking the ocean so we could sleep to the sounds of the waves. We had 2 queen beds and they were nice and comfortable. The room was also spacious. Had plenty of space for all 3 of us. They gave us a nice sized closet that easily stored all 3 guests clothes. The bathroom was spacious and had nice hot water. The shower pressure wasn’t the best.

Excellent stay for 6 days!

Hotel is on the beach but area around has bars on windows, high metal barriers around the properties and dirty public areas.
