First 2 rooms were occupied and 3rd room had no sheets, beard hair in the sink, pee on the toilet and live fleas. Do NOT stay here!!!

Good location. Right near where I needed to be daily.

We have stayed there several times. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is ver friendly, and we can take our dog.

The property was conveniently located to 575, shopping and good choices for dining. Check-in/out staff were pleasant. The heated indoor pool was a nice feature and was clean. The room we stayed in could use painting (walks scraped and not clean looking. It could also use updating. Everything seemed old and well used from carpet to sink tub and furnishings.

Hotel needs to be updated

I had seen other reviews about sticky carpet. I stayed in room 202 and they are right. You can feel the stickiness even with shoes on. I had to wear socks the entire time I was in the room.

Layout of property was good, room carpet was disgusting though. Needs to be replaced, not just cleaned. Left bare feet black with dirt (like muddy feet when stepping into shower).

Quiet

The air conditioner was noisy and kept the room very damp. The room smelled of smoke and the water pressure in the shower was very low.

Pool was down!

First off as we walk in, terrible attitude from the front desk. Had the wrong room, we ordered 2 kings and got 1 queen and a couch bed. I had made a reservation about 2 weeks prior. She tried to tell me that I booked online, so they couldn’t guarantee. Anyway they move us to another room the next day. The walls were thin and I could hear 1 man coughing on one side. The other side a man kept going in and out his room and slammed his door about 11 pm. I asked at the front desk if he was checking out soon. They receptionist said yes he was checking out the next day. Well he may have been gone 1 day because he came right back. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable and the towels smelled good and clean. They only give you towels every 3rd day. We stayed a week. We kept having to ask for towels. No trash pickup or straightening up the room. Breakfast was hot and a good selection. Coffee was good too.

We were in town for a wedding. We stayed at the hotel three nights and every single morning we were woken with barking dogs. Upon our arrival, we were putting in a room that had a very strong smell of dogs. Very disgusting. I would not recommend anyone stay there that has allergies. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Very nice hotel property. Very clean, contemporary room, supportive staff and a better than usual complimentary breakfast. Would definitely rebook a stay here again.

Horrible stay from the get go! Got there 15 minutes early for check in 2:45 ,”sorry your room is one of two rooms not ready yet”. Baloney. Could have easily got us another room as no one else had checked in yet. So we had to wait for 45 minutes! Room smelled. WiFi Internet was garbage, was very spotty and frustrating. Had to relog in over and over again. Worst of all..THEIR KEY CARDS DONT WORK! WE HAD TO GET A NEW CARD EVERY TIME WE LEFT AND CAME BACK. The whole hotel was like this. Seen many customers doing the same thing. They would tell us that” if you put anything metal by the card it won’t work “ . Making it seem like our fault. We had to have 15 keys stacked up by the time we left. Hotel is located on the wrong side of the road if you are trying to go to Atlanta . You will have to traverse 4 lanes in about 300ft and do a U-turn every day at a busy intersection. Very bad stay. No place to eat near by. Worst stay I’ve had in years anywhere. This place is very technically challenged. Good side. The beds were comfortable .
