The hotel is expensive but its not well maintained. The bedding is full of stains and its not of good quality.

The 4 star grading does not correspond to the quality of service and location of hotel. Booked for bed and breakfast and was told only booked for bed only. Room service food very poor quality and presentation. Stayed there because it is the only hotel.

The pool is a bit small but workable. The menu is overpriced especially the Christmas lunch😢. Be sure to put in enough supplies to cater for the number of people who booked for the room. Overall we had fun, we like the place and will definitely go back there. And big up to house keeping, you guys are doing an amazing job.

The hotel was pleasant and the staff were fairly friendly. There was an argument on arrival about a tourism levy that apparently wasnt added by hotels.com which eventually they said they would contact hotels.com about. The room was clean and neat. The food at the restaurant was really good and i enjoyed the meal. The breakfast was a bit difficult as there was no buffet as purchased, it was a case of you must tell them what you want and they will bring it to you but they couldnt give me a menu or list of what was available. During the course of the night there appeared to be some construction taking place in the hotel with what sounded like a hammer and chisel being used in the early hours of the morning.

The hotel was good but the staff definitely make the place.amazing service overall.

Initial Receptionist (Lucinda??) was extremely cheerful, efficient and helpful. Pleasant poolside seating/relaxing area. Food was good.

Noise from other rooms is disturbing. I was called to reception in the evening to come and pay a measly amount for "tourism levy" which I found strange after already having paid online and checked in.

Perfect hotel for a business trip to a town with not much in the way of accommodation of this standard. Friendly staff, excellent meals and a neat, very clean and comfortable room.
