Staff was friendly…

Great location, very clean! I had to skip breakfast but dinner and room service were great. Staff very friendly and rooms were clean, just a bit cold for thin blankets. Overall I would recommend.

Great view from rooftop bar, deck and pool. Very flavorful food from pool and dinner restaurant.

Bathroom doesn’t have safety bar. No couch in the room. There was ladder from unfinished electrical job inside room.

The Bar in the room was adequate. The main bar in the hotel was frequently unmanned and closed at 10.00 PM every night- i did not use the gym

The waiters were great but front desk was not very helpful. They did not a lot of information on things to do or see in the city.

The room was OK, somewhat basic. A coffee maker in the room would be appreciated. The restaurant has a good breakfast, the dinner menu is just OK, nothing special. The hotel staff is friendly, no problems there.

This is a complicated review. The hotel was very nice, rooftop bar was great, staff pleasant. I did have a problem with someone “checking” to see if we needed our room made up 3 hours after checking in, and the area around the hotel at night is dangerous. I was assaulted around the corner 7pm and no police came after the hotel said they reported it. Not the best part of town after dark. It’s a shame because the hotel is very nice.

This hotel does not allow guests but nowhere on the individual website of Expedia is that mentioned. You spend hundreds per night, travel from another country to visit friends and family, and those friends and family aren’t allowed to visit you at the hotel or even at the rooftop bar. On top of that, they will charge you to add them to your reservation just I have the privilege of spending time with friends and family. Zero transparency ahead of time. It’s unacceptable. If this is your policy, make this clear.

The main problem: a tourist trap hotel, which extracts money from the guests. Hotel invents charges and just didn't return the whole pre-auth amount!

Colchão um pouco mole, não há luminárias ao lado da cama, só uma luz muito forte, o acesso às tomadas do lado da cama é muito ruim, o chuveiro poderia ser bem melhor . O staff é excelente, a comida do restaurante muito boa

The room was very comfortable, the staff was very corteus and helpful. Leonardo in the restaurant was extremely corteus and attend us with much care. Carla in the front desk was very helpful.

Fine for a quick stopover but I wouldn’t want to spend a long time here.

Good hotel but nothing out of the ordinary. Staff seemed limited so a line formed easily during check in and check out times. Breakfast buffet very limited. Room was ok, could have been cleaned a little better as we could see some dirt around the corners of the room. Pool is small.

This hotel was wonderful. Super clean. Friendly staff. Truly a perfect stay.
