Wonderful service from all the staff from the moment we checked in to check out. Everyone was really friendly and instantly made us feel at home. Delicious food options that could be heated in the room. Really quiet and comfortable room. Special thanks to Laurent for being so attentive.

The staff and inside the hotel were amazing and super helpful! The breakfast buffet was also very good! They offer a small dinner choice that you can heat up in your microwave and it’s tasty along with a glass of wine. This is good because there is nowhere in the immediate vicinity to eat. The neighborhood is pretty desolate and not great for taking the bus. The stop is several blocks away and with luggage and 38/. 95 degrees was difficult and the entrance to the hotel was not easy to see!

The hotel staff was amazing! Maverick, the manager, went out of his way to be helpful and accommodating!! We would totally stay here again!! Thank you all for making our stay special!

This is a nice property with wonderful staff, but the area surrounding the property is a bit seedy. Also, the walk to the tram to go into Bordeaux takes about 20 minutes and the area one walks through is less than desirable.

Great one night stay on our journey. Modern style and comfortable apartment in the building. We were traveling with our dogs and extra space was great.

Reception person was most unfriendly and unhelpful and should go out and get a life!!! Getting to the hotel which had plenty of parking was difficult as it is currently isolated due to major road works being undertaken. Breakfast is available for a small tariff however, there are no eateries nearby. We arrived the night France won the World Cup and unfortunately it was impossible to go anywhere because the streets were gridlocked with revellers.
