My boyfriend and I have been here multiple times in the past few months. Came again to use the steam shower. Walking into the room the floors were freezing cold. Turned on the heat, but the floor never warmed up. Got settled in and undressed. We were ready to go into the steam shower, but the steam unit did not work properly. Called multiple times to tell them about the issues and asked to change rooms, but he said it was fully booked so that wasn’t an option. Told them we would even pay more for a different room or upgrade that night or another night. The man told us to talk to someone in the morning. We understand it was cold outside and things happen, but they did nothing to remedy the situation just thanked us for letting them know. Felt like no one cared about the situation. Shouldn't rent a room with frozen floors. With the amount of money I’ve spent here I am extremely upset and disappointed. We would love to be repeat customers and do business with the hotel, but I can't speak positively or recommend this hotel to anyone without some remedy for the experience that night.
