Under bed layers of dust and bathroom vent covered with moist dust.

The stay at the Isle exceeded my expectations. It was inexpensive and very clean. Check in and check-out was quick and easy. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Everything is excellent

Restaurant was very good but did not serve breakfast and was only one around property. Chairs were badly worn in casino.

Wish the parking lot was closer. No ice machine on floor 3.

No in room coffee is very inconvenient. The staff at the coffee shop in the lobby is amazing though. The bathroom was not clean. There were several things (Bobby pins, a tag, etc) on the bathroom floor.

Our room had several issues. Food on the map jade, stains on the bedspread, makeup on towels and a used condom in the shower.

Man behind the desk was rude.

No frills. Very basic. Front desk gentleman was polite. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Shower pressure was terrible. Coffee is only available from the front desk. Nobody tells you this when you check in. Coffee is also not available in room. I wish someone had told me where I could get a cup of coffee 😩.

On our last morning, we were woken up around 8 by a house keeper barging in, even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. I was startled and reacted accordingly, and the maid claimed the front desk claimed i had already checked out. And then she left, and we tried to go back to sleep with no luck. Later i asked the front desk, and they said the maid was the one who was mistaken. I found it to show a lack of accountability on any of their parts. I was also bothered by the lack of attention to room maintenance. The door hinges were very loud, and would wake up anyone else sleeping. A spray of wd40 would have resolved it, but it is those small things that can make a difference. Other than that, the hotel was nice and clean. People were friendly, had a nice pool, could see the water park and theme park from our window.

The room was clean & bed were comfortable. The customer service was lacking in regards to safety and security. About 3 hours after check in about 6pm, we started to hear so commotion in the hallways. A woman and man were arguing very loudly. I tried to just turn up the tv and distract my small children. They settled and the yelling stopped, for a while. About 830/9pm, it got real loud and concerning, so we called the front desk. We were unsure which room it was coming from & with me being alone with my kids, I wasnt leaving the room to find out. Due to the fighting my kids were too afraid to leave the room to go swimming after the first loud altercation. Security roamed the halls and the woman came out of her room, & started yelling at security about why were they there near her room. They appologized to her & she slammed the door in their face. About midnight, maybe a little earlier, I was woken up but an even bigger argument, which involved allot of screaming, banging, and threats regarding their son. Attempted to call the front desk for over 30 mins w/0 answer & was getting concerned for not only our safety but those fighting. It was physical & lots of pounding on the walls & doors. Had to call the cops & the 800 number to the hotel to get any help. No one answered the front desk. Cops came & took the man out but left the woman, who was the aggressor. Told her if they had to come back, she had to go. My kids were so confused & scared the whole night. Terrible experience.

The property was very well taken care of. It was clean, well lit, lots of parking, no foul odors, and easy to navigate. The staff was courteous from the housekeeping to reception. The beds are very comfortable along with being able to adjust the thermostat to your liking. For as upscale as the facility is, I would have expected a better shower head, but that is a minor issue and truly does not take away from the experience. I can confidently say, the water gets nice and hot!

The room wasn’t that clean. I found wrappers, a dirty sock, and a pair of glasses under the bed. The end table with the phone had something sticky and dirty stuck on it. We went to sit in the hot tub and a maintenance guy told us that we had to get out because they were going to clean it after someone had an accident in it. Gross! They to update their pool area and ad some fun things to do at the pool. Maybe a waterslide?

Nice place, friendly staff, restaurant had good food.

Staff in hotel and casino were very polite and friendly. We had to get our own towels and tissues. Would like to see more options for food.

Casino needs to be updated. All the chairs are old a cracked.
