Un très bel endroit. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent, car le petit déjeuner est de très grande qualité et la piscine est parfaite pour les enfants !

Don’t do it. Sink in room doesn’t work, Elevator doesn’t work, and not a soul at the facility cares. People stand at the swim up bar all afternoon and night and never see them get out to use the Lou. The bartender will never even glance back to see if anyone on the other side wants a beverage. The place is straight up filthy. IF you go to the beach club which they seem to be proud of in their advertisement keep in mind they have their repeat customers so you will be ignored and then once you are finally served, it’s all subpar, get ready to hunt down someone who will help you pay your bill so you can leave. The following morning it was no small feat to get a simple warm cup of coffee. With my last 806 characters, I’ll add in, they made darn sure to come by and check the minibar at 9 AM while we were trying to get dressed to go to the airport. Cheers!

The hotel restaurant, breakfast, exercise gym, and pool was great. Food was great at hotel for breakfast and at beach club restaurant.

Poor maintenance, poor quality of bed and shower.

Superior Room? Better description would be 'spartan'. Whilst our 'superior' room had a huge double bed and a large single bed, the tangle of wires around the tv/cable box was what drew the eye. No pictures on the wall, only one bedside table and only one power point on that side of the room for charging phones overnight - although there were several on the other side. Huge wardrobe with hanging rail, but no hangers - so a total waste of space! Air con was good, but the whole room looked shabby. The door to the empty balcony was only secured by the deadlock as the handle no longer connected to a catch. The view was superb, although the building of the stage for the new year party (about which we were not advised) closed the pool, and the sound checks ensured that there was no chance of snoozing! The bathroom was grubby, in desperate need of a deep clean and served only with cold water (all hot taps were non-functioning) and the electric shower did not heat the water so it was cold showers which I would have expected in a pousada! Maid service during our stay was intermittent. Breakfast was good although the small restaurant struggled to keep up with demand, running out of cups for coffee and cutlery. Internet access was sporadic at best, but mostly very poor in our room. No chance of video content! No hair drier in the room although we could borrow one from reception for a couple of hours as required - again, not part of a package one would expect from a hotel that advertised

Quarto grande, limpo, tudo funcionando, Tv multicanais e WiFi ok. Fazer pequena manutenção no toalete.

Poucos funcionários na recepção na hora do cheinho esperei bastante, a banheira do banheiro estava com o ralo um pouco entupido e a água demorava pra descer, o vaso sanitário também com pouca vazão de água.

Com exceção do banheiro que estava sujo, encardido o resto foi perfeito.

Café da manhã muito bom, hotel muito bem localizado, tudo bem limpo e funcionários cordeais. O único ponto negativo do quarto foi apenas a TV que não era smart.
