Bugs in the room, blankets and pillows uncomfortable

Breakfast was coffee and granola bars: doesn't count. Suite was nice but location was very difficult to find.

Edwin at front desk was very friendly & helpful. This is the only reason i didn't give 1 star throughout. The room was dark and questionable in cleanliness. Found various bugs in the bathroom. While a non smoking room, there was an odor of smoking. Bathroom walls appeared to have mold.

Honestly was overall a nice stay. I was weirdly places in a handicap room so it was oddly large for just myself in the room. But it was a very nice comfy room.

Room was advertised as non-smoking but it reaked of old stale smoke—really smelled bad. Bathroom sink & shower drains were slow/backed up; there was hair & debris around sink & in sink handle; caulking/seal around shower was coming undone & a cockroach crawled out; shower faucet leaked; the floor was dirty under the desk/TV and had not been swept as there was old hair/crumbs. Too expensive for a stinky filthy room. When I told the front desk, said would look into it snd see if a refund or discount could be given but never followed up as said to me. Also I could not switch rooms due to being fully booked due to major event in the city. This was not a smoke free room & I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke. I booked this online third party—I will not stay here again. I got jibbed.

The room was clean, service was acceptable when we needed a bathroom sink unplugged. However, as a whole, the hotel lacked all of the things it claimed to offer. A coffee pot was not available for our room, when we asked for glasses or mugs for our room those also were not available. We were given plastic cups and told if we needed more we could come back. Paper cups were not readily available for the coffee provided with breakfast (no other kind offered), when we asked for cups on our first morning (assuming they had just run out and not noticed), we were told they would need to see if they had any cups that day. It was an odd response. They did produce 5 paper cups and there were 3 of us. It’s a budget hotel, however it felt like the hotel was cutting corners by not having few advertised amenities available.

I did not like this place at all very dirty found roaches old bars of soap left in the shower. The vents had been cleaned in months dust was kicked on there bed very uncomfortable. Will never stay there again.

We had two rooms and one of them smelled disgusting. I couldn’t switch out the room so we just dealt with it. There was a room called the “trash room” there was trash everywhere, if you left the door open you could smell it down the hallway. Most people seemed to be living there. There is no breakfast, it was muffins and bananas on a front table with coffee.

I have stayed at this location a couple of times. The most recent was without issue. However the first time, when I arrived there were two gentlemen standing out by the front entrance near the front doors rived. It was late , between 10:00 and 11:00 p.m., I'm a female alone and there was not a much light near the front Door. I even cruised around the building and came back hoping they would have walked away, I then phoned a family member to stay on the phone with me as I got out of my vehicle to walk to the front door. Other than this one issue, everything else was wonderful!

Clean room, staff were nice but just the ADA bathroom didn’t have bar in the shower like it was shown on the website.

It was okay as expected for the price

Very average hotel however an East facing room on the second floor offered a nice view of the city.

For those of us living in hotels, the staff is exceptional. I understand they work like the rest of us they also have a level of understanding that most employees don't have! I appreciate the staff

Clean and quiet.

Appliances were outdated, and tv was small the bathroom light worked for ten minutes then it stopped working both fluorescent bulbs went out
