This is not the first time for me to stay at this property. Every month I went to Bangkok and always stay at this property. The staff are friendly, especially Miss Mok. Only the housekeeping staff need to be improved to be better and better. They always forgot to put tea bags, change hand soap, and we are 2 in the room, always put 1 toothbrush, even we give them tips. Second thing is just need to change the slippers, really bad material.

The bf could have been a lot better and I only took it once with not much variety. It is not worth paying 350b.

Clean & shower water pressure is satisfying.

The room, the bed is very soft, sleep well and all the hotel staff including guards at the car park are so friendly & really nice. Definitely will come back again!! Bravo!

The ingredients are complete, there is the pantry itself. The location is strategically near Phon Prong MRT station and EMquartier mall.

Overall is good, room is perfect for 5 star, staff from hotel has great service except staff from restaurant during breakfast was so bad, look down me as same I was poorly people and talked so bad when I asked a crispy bacon, her face showed annoying on me. Then I asked why you made up face like that it looked you were unhappy, she said this was her face and was be like this all the time. Only one person to made this hotel name and image bad. I talked with management, they were so kinds and great hospitality, apologized me with gave a gift for compensation. They told that restaurant was outsource company, not by the hotel but they will talk with the owner on this occurred.

Very inflexible. Requesting a two-day retreat can not, and must membyr full, when I wear 7 rooms and almost 1 month!

Why ask for a review if you do not want to upload? Let's look good doan? Severe!

Bottom line: I stayed here this month and rented 6 rooms and will not be back there! Very inflexible and do not give priority to customer. The money you have in mind!

Very inflexible. I booked for 6 rooms, already paid, and for some reason asked for a two-day retreat. But the hotel says: still have to pay full. So I paid 12 nights without anyone staying there. Our total budget lives there almost 1 month for 6 rooms. Next business trip, definitely will not stay there again! Where the AC is broken-broken, the middle of the night had to move rooms, the edges are just apologies we got!
