We booked the family room, which was very spacious and clean. My daughter enjoyed the big bed, and it was very comfy. Convenient and centrally located. Definitely the best hotel that I have stayed in BKK.

Right above Central World Mall, directly linked to the mall. Even though I had to go by the convention center lift to level 7 and pass by the mall car park, it is still good as I'm bringing my mum in a wheelchair, quite convenient. Booked a family room, quite spacious. The hotel breakfast was nice but could be better in terms of taste. The only complaint was the TV; it was quite slow and laggy, hanging sometimes. Other than that, overall is good.

Strategically located in the heart of the shopping city, close to BTS and a wide range of culinary options within CentralWorld and not far from Siam.

The room was spacious with a good city view and pool view. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Most comfortable is the location.

Centara hotel located above the mall, which is a plus point. Near to another malls which can be accessed through the bridge & their Family Room is comfortable for family of 4, we could sleep comfortably.

Location and service excellence.

The hotel has a modern, full-of-natural-light design which I like a lot. The ambiance is lovely, both in lobby, the room and breakfast restaurant. The location is great as well, you can get directly to CentralWorld Mall from the 7th floor passage which bascially has everything you may need from food, shopping and entertainment. The wimming pool is good but not great, since it is a bit old, but just a minor compromise.

Location is very close to central world, only takes about 5 minutes. And takes 10 minutes to siam paragon. Friendly staff

My 2nd stay in Centara Grand. Was here last year and delighted with the stay, so when my parents wanted to have a vacation in Bangkok, I had no hesitation in booking a stay here again. My 1st choice of hotel in Bangkok, excellent location, service, and room condition. Will be back again when I plan my next visit!

The staff are very good. Every point is impressive. The check-in time is 15:00, a bit too late. I like the breakfast. There are many menus.

Recommended if you are looking for comfort and convenience. Walking distance to Big C, Siam Paragon, and Pratunam or Platinum. This hotel is located above Central World shopping mall, so it is a food heaven for tourists.
