Nice hotel, very quiet not many people staying at all, I guess due to Italian holidays. We stayed in a spa suite, there were four of us, the price was very good. The room, if I'm honest, getting a bit tired. Some floor tiles coming up, taps loose, sink cracked, toilet kept running. On the whole was quite nice, and I'm sure when it was new it was quite special. Beware, as a family going for swimming, it was €30 for 4 of us to swim and you need swimming hats (€20) quite steep to use the community pool really. Breakfast was very good. Location easily accessible and 15/20 mins from centre of Parma.

The jacuzzi in the bathroom never worked. The pool wasn’t open. The elevator was broken down. Great breakfast and nice staff.

No restaurant, the swimming pool is not part of the hotel ( extra fee ), No bar etc …..

The hotel is far away from everything. The room is very small and very simple without any comfortable condition. The breakfast is very poor The staff are very kind.

Don't be disillusioned by the listing, there's no leisure facilities and there's no restaurant. The staff are friendly and helpful but the bathroom is particularly small and a job to squeeze past the door in order to use the wc. Shower tray was cracked and the hotel felt dated and tired.

Wonderful stay

Hotel on edge of Collecchio. Sports and swimming facilities available but not part of hotel and have to pay extra.

Room was clean, modern and quite big (we were a family of 3). The hotel is modern and is conveniently located next to a sports complex that has a few pools and a good gym. There is plenty of parking and the hotel is easily accessible to the main roads.

Overall very good. However slightly disappointed that the hotel advertises its own pool whereas this is infact a local leisure centre close by. Was looking forward to a quiet swim only to find we had to share the pol with numerous childrens swimming classes

The building is unappealing. No lobby. Quite gloomy. Staff tries to do as little as possible.

The hotel is modern,located not far from restaurants and shops, looks nice and the room was clean. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was OK, could be much nicer without all the flies.

Nice clean hotel, good nutritious breakfast, nearby sports facility, and the jewel – in room sauna!

The family room was superb, very stylish, with a sauna and jacuzzi inside the same room! The service provided by the reception was acceptable but not great. We had to take the car to dine outside as the restaurant was closed. Breakfast was ok. We went there once but we do not think we would go back.
