My family and I stayed at this hotel because we had a wedding nearby. We booked through a third party (expedia) so was thinking checking in would take alittle longer but it was fast and easy. As for the room we like it cold when sleeping so it was set at 68 degrees but it didn't feel 68. Other than that the room was clean and had all the simple amenities. If you want the breakfast it is complementary until 10 am but you have to go early. I went at 9:30 am and mostly everything was out so we only had coffee, juice, waffle, bread with no butter or jam. They were putting stuff away before 10.

The room had a dirty desk chair. The desk chair would not roll. The toilet would not flush consistently. The glass shower doors at the bottom was crusty, but the staff was very good and professional.

ROOM was in terrible shape. Refrigerator did not work; shears at window were torn from top to bottom. Shower door was moldy; the bathroom in general was in bad shape. Looked like a leak from the floor above was badly plugged and not even plastered over. And finally the sheets and the comforter on the bed were for a queen bed and it was a king bed—so everything was too small on the bed.

Narciso the front desk “supervisor” ruined what could have otherwise been a great weekend. We booked 1 night thru Expedia but woke up feeling under the weather so called [front desk] at 10am to request a late check-out, we were told no, reason being that it was too late. We then requested to extend our stay, we could book thru Expedia again or thru the hotel. We decided directly with them out of convenience but he tells me I have to go down to the front desk to check-in. I say ok I’ll book with Expedia, he says you still have to come check-in. I say ok can you give me a couple hours I’m not feeling well but I’ll book and pay for the room right now. His response is you are already turning into a headache.I say ok then just charge me for the late check-out a full days rate if you must but please I just need 2 hours. He answers Are you refusing to leave.I say no I’m trying to pay for an extra night or for an extended later check-out or for a curtesy late check-out, I’m not asking you for anything free, you have my credit card on file, I’m not feeling well, tell me which option will allow me to come to the front desk later. He says I’m refusing service, you need to leave now. I have a right to refuse service and now you can’t stay. Clearly, he had no concern for his health or the health of other guests so my husband very concerned for mine went to the front desk and Narciso said I’m refusing service,[why?,] bc he didn’t like my tone he said.
