Brilliant hotel & staff. Air conditioning not the best. Other than that it was an amazing experience!

Fantastic Family Stay at Ela Excellence Resort Belek We had an excellent stay at Ela Excellence Resort Belek and would highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing and luxurious holiday. Our room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with a beautiful lake pool view that made every morning and evening especially enjoyable. We especially appreciated the family-friendly layout, with the kids having their own separate room. It gave everyone extra space, privacy, and comfort, making the holiday even more enjoyable. The resort facilities are excellent and everything is exceptionally well maintained. The grounds, pools, restaurants, and common areas were spotless and clearly cared for to a very high standard. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, always happy to help and ensuring guests felt looked after. The food was outstanding, with a huge variety of fresh, high-quality options available at every meal. Service in the restaurants and bars was excellent, adding to the overall experience. The pools were fantastic, and our children absolutely loved the water slides, which provided hours of entertainment. The beach area was beautiful, clean, and well organized. One of our favourite spots was the pier, where we enjoyed relaxing during the day and taking in the views. The bar on the pier was a real highlight and a perfect place to enjoy a drink while watching the sea.

Amazing resort very kid friendly the good is amazing and the room is spacious we stayed in a corner room with sea view. The property has very nice vibe all the staff are friendly and helpful. The WhatsApp ground really helps with your allocated Ela Assistant We tried two of the free restaurant and they were really delicious … the food presentation and quality is definitely higher end and has variety The kid amenities are amazing!! Must go for families

Would not recommend - food was poor, hotel was over crowded, staff were rude and there was thumping music until the early hours.

We had the most amazing family holiday. The hotel was recommended to us and we cannot thank them enough. The hotel staff were kind and welcoming. The hotel was so clean and the service was second to none. We had the best holiday and will be coming to stay again. Lara our assistant for the week was fantastic and the waiters were so kind and sweet to our 3 year old daughter. The staff went over and Beyond to make our stay the best.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities.

Love it. We will come again. This was our 4th time in 3 years.

Not an all inclusive resort with the majority of the resturant’s charging extra to dine there. The Asian restaurant was an extra €40pp! While our stay was good, it certainly was not worth the money.

Incredible week with the family spent at the pool, Everland (kids club) and beach. The shows were great, food fresh and varied and facilities incredible. This was our 2nd time here and we loved it.

Initial communication proved to be difficult

We liked the varied meal options 24hrs a day. Staff friendly polite and very hospitable and welcome. Resolved any issues very quickly. Grounds were beautiful as was the scenary

Everything was perfect

I’m giving it a 5 because everything the resort provided was amazing. Only complaint was that we did not know this is one of the top resorts for families. The kids out numbered the adults and sometimes it was overwhelming. We did not know this and I went with my partner to have a romantic getaway. It was really hard to have it be romantic. So great for families ! Bad for couples !
