There was no welcome when we arrived at the Hotel. We were told of many things we could not do. We had not booked breakfast and they were unable to provide breakfast. We had a 5 night stay at a 4 star hotel and they were unable to provide breakfast - this is a first in 45 years of international travel. When we were shown to the room we were told NOT to use the jacuzzi bath. Further the hotel car park we were told would be €15 / night. During the stay I reviewed the conditions of our booking and found the car park was €10 / night - they reluctantly agreed. on check out, to the revised price when I showed the condition. Further the conditions stated they are multilingual (English, Italian, French) - if using a telephone app to translate counts as multilingual, then yes. Further the conditions stated that front desk is 24 hours - we can only speak for the daytime and it was never fully manned. Walking into reception was at times like the Marie Celeste.

The hotel is nice and central to the city. The wife signal was weak. Quiet and clean and very nice staff

A nice location very close to the Port, the beach and town. Lots of places to eat within a few steps. The staff was friendly and attentive. The only issue we had was that the A/C in our room was not working when we checked in. It took 1 day to get it fixed. Since it was the end of May they had not switched from heating to cooling yet. Everything was fine the next morning.

The hotel was very charming. It is in a great location for walking. We went at a slow time of year, so not a lot happening around us. The hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly and we enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is tired and in need of refurbishment. Walls and doors are marred with years worth of dirty fingerprints. Carpeting is tired. Clerk who checked us in was slow and demanded that we leave our passports with her so she could enter our information at her leisure. On our second attempt to retrieve our passports, we found the front desk empty and several passports and ID cards lined up on a counter behind the desk unattended. After several attempts to find the clerk, we just took our passports. There is no valet parking (at least during the winter months) and the breakfast is subpar. There are a couple of cereal choices, yogurts that were room temperature, pastries, and no hot foods. I had a hard boiled egg that was rotten and slimy when I peeled the egg.

Perfect location - sea was a bit poor as the water wasn’t exactly clean. Any the locality of the hotel was a stones throw to the old town where one can eat very well there. Vegan ice cream across the road!

The room seems musty and old. The view looked directly into someone's apartment. Breakfast was in basement and it seems "cold war-like"...stark and cold. Breakfast was OK. They just left us underwhelmed with everything except the terrific front desk staff which were really helpful. Another plus was the location was perfect for walking the old town.

everyone of the Hotel staff we came in contact were just great very helpful provided us with direction and were to eat. They were just very nice people. We would stay there again.

Excellent hotel. Very central yet quiet. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Friendly and helpful and very professional. Only down side is no English speaking to chanels and wifi very poor in 4th floor rooms.

Convenient location, good breakfast and free parking makes a must for this charming hotel.

Okay hotel. Staff very pleasant with limited English but that not a problem. Location okay walkable to old city and beaches. Just late in season for this area. Hotel was clean and nicely maintained. Mattress a little flat/saggy and pillows far from fluffy.

The gentleman at the front desk is very professional & give good recommendations of restaurants. Even let us know that the best Gelateria is just around the corner

We were there off season and had a pleasant experience. Good location, breakfast was nice and staff were helpful and attentive.

The exterior was promising, but inside it was dark, no decoration, no carpet. Breakfast in the un heated basement was pathetic.
