First impressions on arrival of the outside weren’t good. The hotel was not what we were expecting for the price. A clearer description of location would have been helpful. It’s in a built up business area. However after entering the reception area, we could see the courtyard which was well kept. Also luckily the restaurant is very good. Simple, well cooked French food, at a reasonable price. The room was small (as stated in description,) and basic, bathroom could do with an update.

Clean place with friendly staff. Construct of the building lets you hear evrryone passing by your room so can be noisy at night.

We stayed here as an overnight stop on route to Barcelona. Overall everything was very good! Would recommend!

Comfortable bed but very noisy due to the busy road and extremely loud and very early truck deliveries. When l complained l was told that l had booked in a comfort room and not a comfort plus room which would.have been in a quite area, this was not explained when l booked.l did explain to reception that even though l had booked a comfort room it wasn't

Hotel is kind of in the middle of nowhere. Attempted to have dinner at the hotel... Service was poor, we had been seated for almost 40 minutes and our order still had not been taken (gave up and left). Paid for breakfast... There was no milk so the only thing you could eat were pastries (which wasn't all bad). Whilst clean and comfortable the hotel was not a highlight of our tour.

First thing, the food here was terrific. Finding the hotel (and its parking lot) was a pain as the parking is advertised under the name of the hotel's restaurant, which is different. Cabestany is really a suburb of Perpignan, housing the local medical complexes. The hotel surrounds its own small courtyard (superb) but our room looked out onto the main road which was a bit noisy and far too hot in august to sleep with the window open. But if you MUST stay around this area in the summer you could do far worse than this. The entrée was the best we've had in France, the room clean and tidy and the staff attentive. Try and insist on a room overlooking the courtyard.

Nice hotel, friendly and helpfull staff, quiet neighborhood, good bed, dinner was good but a bit to "posh" to much about appearance and not enough food, we had been on the road all day and wanted a proper meal, but the taste were good.

The restaurant attached is amazing...the bed was divine!!

The Spanish motif was nice with an indoor courtyard and lots of tile. The room was basic and comfortable enough. The WiFi was a bit sketchy despite the reported recent upgrade. It seemed to work only if the window or door were open even though our room was next to the antenna. It was selected for the WiFi and free parking which it delivered.

Staff absolutely great. Nothing was too much for them. Food great. The bedrooms were very small and dark but happily the only suite was available and we were able to upgrade. Location not great, an industrial estate full of medical organisations but plenty to see and do in Perpignan. Quiet in location at night so good night's sleep.

There is another street with a very similar name and the map at the web locate it at the wrong one, wich is far from the real street

The staff were really welcoming and friendly. The hotel had a nice feel to it. The "swimming pool" was quite small and more like a jacuzzi but it was nice. The hotel was in the middle of nowhere but the food at the hotel was of a very good standard. We really enjoyed our stay.

Un peu déçu de ne pas avoir été informé qu'il n'y avait plus de restauration le soir. Je choisie mes hôtel en fonction de certains critères et celui est essentiel pour moi.

Je suis venue pour un séjour pro Je réserve toujours par les plateformes car je sais bien que c’est moins rentable pour les hôteliers mais bien plus pratique pour quelqu’un comme moi qui a 2 à 3 déplacements par semaine. J’ai du aller retirer car l’établissement a refusé le paiement de la taxe de séjour par cb. J’ai eu une chambre et et bruit côté route alors que le parking était loin d’être plein. La chambre est vieillissante + deco passee. Porte serviette rouillée et peinture qui s’effrite. Passez votre route pour quasiment 100 euros à mon goût le service n’est pas à la hauteur. Bien dommage cet hôtel était parfaitement place pour mes missions hebdomadaires.

Propere kamer. Spijtig genoeg geen koelkastje. Is een gemis De hotelier en zijn echtgenote waren zeer behulpzaam. Op website staat wel dat er een restaurant is. Niet waar. Is er niet meer. Dat mag/moet aangepast worden. Het aanbevolen, enigste iop wandelafstand ,is een bistrot met heel,heel weinig keuze op de kaart. Dus geen echt alternatief voor een restaurant .
