This hotel is located in a closed down mall area. It looked deserted when we drove up where the GPS said to drive. Behind the mall area is the hotel. The hotel itself looked okay. The area just looked sketchy. When we entered the room the AC was not cool and did not really cool all night. The toilet continuing ran unless we removed the back lid and fixed the inside. When I dialed to call the desk I thought the phone was broken but realized the cord was not connected to the handset. An okay place to stay, but for a few bucks more there is a really nice hotel down the road.

Morning breakfast was very good

The smoke detector started givng an alarm just as we had fallen asleep. We tried to call the front desk, but thebphone didn't work, so I went to the front desk. The desk clerk came up to my room with the battery, but my husband was the only person who could reach the smoke detector to chamge the battery. She said if the battery didn’t fix the problem, she would have to move us to another room. We started ti fall asleep, and it began alerting again. We just removed the battery and disconnected it from power so that we could go to sleep. We also found that the hair dryer doesn’t work and the power outlets were loose and warped.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic!

Very friendly, kind and helpful staff. The room smelled like the carpet was old and wet. The odor was very irritating to our nostrils and stomach.

The abandoned mall needs to be demolished.

We were there a total of five days. Our room was Clean one time. Shower didn’t work properly, no phone connection. Had to talk to three different individuals trying to get some towels. The food was good, the dining room was clean (all the time)

Odd to go around the abandoned mall, but a nice property!

Shanita was extremely helpful and very sweet. The room was nice and cool when we arrived… no stuffy hotel smell. We loved the pool and gym. It was also a nice surprise to have liquid dove dispensers in the bathroom rather than cheap tiny bottles/bars of soap. We will definitely stay here again.

Huge spotlight outside my window and poor curtins made for a terrible night sleep. The bathroom door lock was broken. We were given floor towels because they were out of regular towels. The carpets in the halls were stained and had bare spots. Dining room floor was sticky. Not what i expected for Holiday Inn.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean but it was not enough lighting.

The front desk staff did not acknowledge us for 3 min even though the automatic door open and shut 5 times. The toilet ran constantly and the shower dripped.

Great stay!

Nice hotel could use updating but good for the price. Staff was great and helpful 🙂
