This place has the friendliest staff. Azucena in the front desk gave us great advice for moving around town and very good restaurants.

Everything was perfect. A little far away from the center, walking distance at least for us, but a very short distance by taxi.

No AC in room with double windows. Only heat in November. Problem, I had to open a double window in order to sleep in this hot room. Front desk had no other option for me. Construction noise & rain with wind didn’t help. Front desk lady attitude not nice. No hot water in room. I had rented 2 rooms. Never will stay there again.

Definitely the hotel is not a 4 star hotel, the rooms are old, in all the 4 star hotels that I was in there is a water of bottle as a courtesy , no coffee maker no nothing , I went to the reception and all I had was a bad attitude , the only person that was nice in the hotel was the housekeeper that provide me two cups for tea and some tea bags , I didn’t have a nice experience the hotel did not have AC in the room , the front desk told me to open the window which I did and there was noise from the street , terrible experience .

Great hotel, but ok neighborhood. Santiago revolves around the city center

It is not very centric but very nice hotel near the train station and easy to get to the old town by taxi or bus, breakfast was very good

Great service; cleanliness and good value.

The staff were amazing helping us with cabs to and from our tours. The breakfast buffet was great, and the rooms were very nice.

Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. The minibar/fridge wasn't working when we arrived. Reported to reception on our way out and was fixed when we got back a few hours later. The room appeared a little dated. No tea or coffee making facility in room which was a real downside.

The room was super hot and the AC did not work. In fact, the AC pumped out heat! The staff sadly had no solution except that the AC is an old system. So had to open the windows and experienced the joy of a very busy main road and building site next to the windows. Little sleep for two nights. And I had pay more for the privilege of a larger double bed too. Staff had the opportunity to put things right and not charge me, but they did.

Helpful staff (reception), room is comfortable and always clean, breakfast is sumptuous and has variety of meat, fruits, bread selections. Walking distance to Bus & train stations (about 10/12 minutes) and 3 to 5 minutes walk to El Corte Ingles Department Store.

Amazing hospitality. Special mention for Juan, Pilar, Martin and Jesus. Their kindness and forever available to advise and help was truly amazing. A benchmark for hospitality and Service with a smile. Rooms and hotel were exceptionally clean. Short Taxi ride to the main attractions. Thank you for making this trip so special.
