My husband and i stayed there for 3 days. The room is clean, no room service was offered and breakfast was ok but not great, we were hoping for more food varieties. Over all, I would rate our stay as a 4 out of 5.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a decent experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made check-in and general service smooth and pleasant. The room was clean but had some maintenance issues, including a leaky toilet and a slightly noisy AC unit. Nothing major, but worth noting. One of the highlights was the breakfast—plentiful, fresh, and better than most similar hotels, with a good variety of options. The location is convenient, especially if you're traveling, as it's very close to the highway, making it easy to get in and out. However, there are no restaurants, shops, or entertainment options within walking distance, so you’ll need to drive for dining or evening activities. Parking is available but not monitored, which may be a concern for some, especially if you’re leaving valuables in your vehicle. In summary, this hotel works well for a short stay or a stopover. Great service and breakfast, but some facility and location drawbacks depending on your travel needs.

It was a good price, good room, good area, staff was nice, had no issues.

The hotel was nice and staff were friendly. The room was spacious but dated. The bathroom mirror was broken and it was taped up, which is unsafe. The toilet flush was extremely slow. Most disappointing was the breakfast. It was the same few items every day. Our stay was for 6 days and by the end of it, we were tired of the food. The eggs were super runny and there were few bread and a bagel. The potatoes lacked any flavor. No pastries at all except for the same tiny muffin. The kids did enjoy the make your own pancakes.

There weren’t many fruits available for breakfast, and we had to wait because the food was still being prepared. Hopefully, they’ll have enough for all the guests next time, and everything will be ready without the wait.

The remote control on the Tv vas no work the bath towel was lil bloody cuz I cut my self while I was shaving got the clean one after the next day

Check in was great! Rooms were clean. But lack of towels. Sometimes pool towels were in the room. And breakfast was not good. Front desk was very helpful.

The toilet seat really needed to be changed and the treadmills in the gym were either barely functioning with one not working. The front desk staff were very nice though.

Hotel was nice, good breakfast and attentive staff both cleaning and front of house. Public transport links that take you to Milton GO that takes you into the centre of Toronto. Small gym but really nice swimming pool as well as coffee on offer throughout the day. Rooms are nice and spacious with good bathroom facilities as well. A two star hotel is harsh, I’d say it’s a three star. They do need to invest in a new dryer though.
