Very nice hotel! It looks modern, sleek, clean. Staff was always helpful and nice. The location of the hotel is in the middle of a business/Industrial site, still nice and no noisy. Alicante and Elche are about 20-25 minutes away. They provided boxed water in the room which was nice. Breakfast was consistent and good quality. The only thing is that they closed their pool area at 8pm, and it is spring/ summer time! Sun is still out and hot ;) We were a group of 9, I would stay again!

Lovely hotel with great staff.

Room was a family room with a walk in shower. There were drainage issues so the room had a damp smell. The staff were very helpful and the hotel and surrounding were quiet.

Lovely large, comfortable room. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious, I particularly enjoyed the set menu for the half board option. There was plenty of choice and options available to suit all different dietary requirements. I would definitely recommend this hotel . Iylt was perfect for an overnight stay before and early flight.

Great facilities in a quiet location, excellent staff both front of house and catering. I also found it cheaper to go half board or full board for meals but the food choices are limited compared to the full menu. A very enjoyable experience. Thank you
