The hotel was very clean, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were so kind, they even helped me walk my elderly mother to the car, to the breakfast table, etc. They went above and beyond friendly service! I highly recommend this place! The staff are true gems!

Hotel was great, very clean and the room was nice. Front desk was nice, even called a little after we checked in to make sure everything was okay.

Very clean, professional and friendly!

The room was clean, the air conditioner was set to a comfortable temperature, and the bed was comfortable.

There were a few areas in the room that needed touching up. The baseboards haven’t been hit with a cleaning tool in a while. There were also stains on the carpet.

The staff was very polite. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good too.

Amazing hospitality from staff, comfortable beds and hot cookies at 7 pm. Quality stay with updated rooms and the best tv channel selection in any hotel!

I liked the warm friendly staff,the contininental breakfast ,parking ,zero crime,and our room.To be perfectly honest with you I don’t have even one complaint about The Holiday Inn.Should my travel plans take me back to Jasper and I need a room they are my 1st choice.

The check in staff was extremely friendly telling us about the amenities the hotel had to offer. The room was exceptionally clean and room cleaning services were very helpful, even offering to go down to the office to get us toiletries we forgot to bring. Was a very good overall experience. Will definitely visit again if in the area.
