Enjoyed my stay! Great property, exceptional stay!

Had the most relaxing time. All staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and spacious. Thank you for making my stay comfortable.

The main issue I had is that I have paid for an extra to get a third breakfast. So when I got to the hotel they gave us our coupons. In the morning at the restaurant told us we could use either the coupons for adults or for the children but not both of them. Waitress and check in girl failed to mention important information regarding the coupons. And on top of it I did not get my refund for paying the extra meal

I arrived very late and the staff went out of their way to accommodate me and make me feel at home. The room was very clean and breakfast had everything I needed. Would stay again.

Rooms where clean, but not as fancy as the photos looked. Beds cave in quiet a bit, would be worth upgrading some. But overall it was a good stay.

Parking was ok if you got to the hotel early. If you were out late (hockey) there was very slim to no parking. Our hot water did not work the first morning. The bed was not comfortable at all. The good; staff were very friendly , restaurant was good, the pool clean and hot tub was hot. The fitness room was ok, no treadmill as it was broken.

The room was kind of dirty, and we went into the pool in the morning right after the cleaner was leaving, and there was used Band-Aids on the floor.

Very clean and professional. Moved there after checking into the travel lodge and having a terrible experience. Explained to the front desk what the travel lodge employee did and they were disgusted as well. Holiday in was so much cleaner too.

Beds were great nice and clean comfortable

The overall experience was disappointing to be honest, especially considering the high cost of the stay. Our room’s tub was not clean as I found a hair hiding in one of the tub’s fixtures and seen it once it started filling with water. There was also some type of film that was on the top of the water when the tub was filled — indicating it was not properly cleaned or had cleaning residue left behind. The room’s thermostat did not work at all, no power or anything. That combined with the bedroom window not being able to open even ½ way, made for a warm and uncomfortable stay. It was hard for us to get to sleep. Lastly I do not understand the point of having the meal tickets for breakfast. They are $20 per person, yet when you go to the Smitty’s restaurant to use it, the value is only good for $15? That makes zero sense and customers are being ripped off $5 per person. The only positive thing about the experience was how comfortable the bed and pillows were. Unless changes are made I would not recommend to family and friends, nor would I come back to stay.
