When taking a shower the tub started to fill up due to hair and a hair tie cloging the drain and the pressure for the type of shower head was to high but other than that it was great

Wonderful ambience and great shower

We arrived and they told us the elevator was out but would be fixed within the hour. After three day it still did not work. The spas hot tub also was out of ordred for our stay.

Clean and Nice, would stay there again

The hotel is very worn

It was dirty and stunk. I can't believe I paid $150 a night for this dump.

Plenty of parking.

property condition was very poor from elevators to recreational areas.

The rooms had awful smell along did the hallways, the elevators were out, spa was out of order, pool area was unsafe as to ceilings hanging, exit doors were rotted, pool towels were of very cheap quality.

Beds were very comfortable and the options for breakfast were great. The front desk staff was very helpful and professional. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

It was good just a few things I would've changed

Room needs maintenance, roach, bugs, and spiders, cob webs along the ceiling. Tile and floor looked and smelt dirty. Air vents need cleaned or changed dust was everywhere and was difficult to breathe.

The staff was great and the hotel was very clean.

We checked in late and slept overnight. Great breakfast.

I have stayed at the majority of the hotels in cleburne and this holiday inn is definitely at the top of the list.
