09:30 breakfast finish,to early

The room was clean and had what we needed, was a nice suprise to find USB and USB-C ports next to the bed. We did require the double bed, sofa bed and a cot so it was a little cramped but that could have just been us. We had a view over the train station which entertained our 4 year old nosing at the train but we never heard the trains. They provided a cot, changing mat and bath seat (only a shower) for our baby which was a pleasant suprise to be given more than a cot. Staff were pleasant and nice enough. We used the underground parking option which fitted our ford transit custom, there was a door to allow us up to reception (found by a fluke) and when we arrived at reception there were renovation works ongoing which meant it had moved. It would have been helpful to have known this in advance (and where they moved recpetion to). Validate parking at reception with the ticket for cheaper parking (cant leave without requiring a new ticket and another charge). Breakfast was nice enough but traveling with a baby who has a cows milk allergy so we often ask for vegan options, I did ask for vegan butter at breakfast but they had no alternatives I did find this disappointing. They only offered soy milk. There were gluten free options but I dont know what they were. I would stay again without hesitation.

Clean rooms, easy checking and parking too. Breakfast was also really good, overall a brilliant stay. Thank you.

The location of the hotel was good. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet.

Whole experience was fabulous - there’s a short stay car space immediately out front, check in was quick and easy and fabulous room (no.129) with balcony. Very central for everything staff welcoming and room clean had everything we needed (lots of sockets!) - superb value for money ❤️

It was a nice hotel. Good location and staff. Arras was a nice city to visit.

Clean helpful staff

The room was large and clean. Our son enjoyed the kids’ area, and we all found the breakfast delicious!

It was convenient for shopping, transportation and food.

The reason we booked is easy access to the hotel from the underground car park into the hotel with a wheelchair. The lift was broken and there was no directions on how to get from the parking to the hotel. The hotel receptionist directed my husband but would have been grateful if they had let us know beforehand.

Easy check in and out. Staff friendly. Only downside breakfast was a bit slow in the morning.

Very close to the station

Fanny and Lola were amazing on reception and helped us out with many things. Excellent English and excellent customer service. Room very clean and hotel seemed very modern. Parking was difficult due to road works but Lola helped us out with excellent alternative directions. Good comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent including a fresh orange juicer. Hot choices and the usual French continental options which were extensive. Would highly recommend without hesitation.

Seems popular with families. Nice breakfast and rooms big enough for a family of four. Only thing to let it down was that the fridge in room didn't work and neither did a couple of the plug sockets. We were only there two nights so didn't bother us too much.

Close to amenities and train station

Staff was really helpful, very accomodating.

The bar downstairs has a food menu with appetizers and main dishes for €13,00. It is MICROWAVED meals-- not fresh cooked. Staff microwave the meal for 5 minutes and hand you a scalding hot dish. The room had a nice big window that opened. The hairdryer was in the bedroom beside the window, very old and also broken
