Pretty decent place but a bit pricing

They thought of little things like an extra outlet by the full length mirror, two closets, large counter in the bathroom, and an outlet by the mirror in the bedroom. Those are the things I look for and many times don’t get.

Pubic hair scattered around the bathroom walls. The bathroom cupboards are very distressed, and warn badly.

It would have been great if I knew it was equipped with kitchen, and that it was set up as a long stay facility. I wouldn’t have had to buy breakfast and dinner.

It was great to get away

Room was dirty and we tried 3 rooms, because the key didn’t work trying to get in rooms.

Staff was very welcoming. Room was very clean. Carpet on first floor did show wear.

1) EV Charger has so little power it is useless. Do not stay here expecting to charge your car 2) the exterior landscaping is unkempt, and overgrown with weeds 3) the entire facility ventilation is sub-par. the halls and rooms smell with old cooking odors, its very unlikeable. 4) when I checked in the staff were unable to find a reasonable room. The second rooms they offered had not been cleaned. The third time was acceptable, but... gee... 3 times? and attitude! 5) the gym is tiny 6) no breakfast 7) at a price that was above many hotels in the area. STAY AWAY

A little rundown for the price. Mainly out of town construction workers who come and go all night.

Great location. Good price with nice rooms. Dog friendly. EV charger was very convenient. Denny’s within walking distance.

The place was dirty the staff sucked and they over charged us plus there were homeless people everywhere and it was freezing cold.

The hotel rooms were amazing. Everything was beautiful and very clean. The room had everything that a small apartment would have. Including fridge and sink. The whole experience was easy and I was able to relax after driving all day.The check in and out were so smooth and I had no issues. I will definitely be staying at this hotel on my way through Joplin. Would definitely recommend.

We stay here 3-4 times a year. It is a wonderful hotel. Very clean, safe and staff will go above and beyond for you. The elevator will be down November and December. Be sure to ask if it's operational before you book your room.

It was a nice place. It had a lot of room! The tv in the bedroom didn’t work. The toilet wouldn’t flush.
