People above us were loud on the first night.

Very humid. All medal in room rusting. Thx chair an food stool had dirt stains. We were uncomfortable walking in our room without shoes. It’s our first stay with this company and will most likely be our last.

Room was super clean, staff was awesome and we loved the pool. Breakfast wasn’t great but we don’t typically like hotel breakfast in general. Would definitely return.

Wish the room waa ready we had to wait until about 345 to get into our room

Near airport

There were roaches in the bathroom which was gross. The staff at check out was less than pleasant and had a very uncaring attitude when told about the room.

The bed was really used and there was a gap in the door making much noise inside.

It was a good experience.

Rapeat customs, front desk welcome excellent, room clean and view very good.
