The staff at this hotel is simply amazing. I've been to many hotels throughout Europe and this was the first time ever when I truly felt welcomed. The ladies immediately offered us coffee and a tour of the hotel. Their help went above and beyond more than once. One time, I went to a laundromat a few miles away and I paid with a 100 note zloty and accidentally got about 68 zloty back in "2 zloty" coins. The lady at the hotel gladly exchanged it back into paper money for me. She didn't have to do that but she did. The AC was great too! The room was beautiful as well. We stayed in room 14. Room 14 is literally next to the reception so we were concerned with noise. But the room is completely silent! This was the best hotel we stayed in throughout Poland.

Location and staff, all of the staff I, met are amazing... However, and this is a big however, the room is....let's say still stuck in the communist era, the bed is so uncomfortable my entire body hurts, the carpet is very old ... Internet goes in and out....mainly out..ugh No elevator, and while you will get help to your room if you ask, the reception is on the 2nd floor, so you need to carry your luggage at least one long flight of stairs, and if you are traveling for a month like me and need different types of clothing, the suitcase is too heavy for that... So while the location is fantastic and the staff are so very nice, I wouldn't recommend this place....this is not an $85 USD before tax, no breakfast off season room.....regardless of price, its just a no for me

NO PARKING, NO ELEVATOR. Very difficult for mobility impaired. Had to walk a long distance with baggage. Close to night life, but the noise did cut off at 11:00 p.m.

Great location, helpful staff who lent us a phone charger plug. Delicious breakfast atlough not included with the room. The room was quirky but at times very warm & not much natural light. Overall value for money & a lovley stay.

Very funky little hotel right on the square in Old Town Warsaw. Location was perfect for our very short stay. Folks at the front desk were very nice and helpful.

Perfect location

The staff was friendly and helpful. The best part of this hotel is the prime location in old town. We had a beautiful view right to the square outside of our window.

Poorly maintained hotel in a great location

Minimal hotel ; great access to local scene

Property is in perfect spot, you can walk everywhere, lots of restaurants and bars around, different transport options and staff was excellent. Hotal is in the center of old town so taxis are not coming directly to the hotel, you need to walk about 150 m to the property and there is no lifts as hotel is located in 500 year old building.

The location of this property was perfect. Great historical building with modern and very unique room experiences. Highly recommend!

Placed right on Castle Square, this hotel was excellent. We selected a large room with a view ànd it was large and faced thé Castle. I have read that other rooms were small. I had also read that some rooms were noisy but ours was quiet on March. The staff was exceedingly helpful. The breakfast was OK. There was excellent Gree coffee available on demand. I saw no other place in the old market square area. It was perfect for us.

A fair hotel to stay one or two nights. The staff ,Hana helped us get some information about the dishonesty taxi driver. We appreciated.

Castle Inn. It is a unique stay. The reception is two flights up the stairs. You have to know the code to get in. Might need to ask for that depending on when you’re arriving. They do have a 24 seven desk, but they don’t always hear it. One problem is accessibility by Taxi. You have to get left off and walk to the end over cobblestones. It is straight up from the statue and at the Royal castle. Beware Taxi take advantage and overcharge happened to me. Make sure you get a price before you get in. Also for pick up the closer roads may be closed so you may have to walk up a block or two. Best they have your cell number if there is a change.
