It was a lovely place to stay. Quiet, clean & a comfortable bed. Air conditioning was great (100 that day) & not too noisy. Had a good dinner at the restaurant there as well as a discounted breakfast the next morning. Will definitely stay again.

Had to change rooms because the TV wouldn’t work, and then in the next room the Netflix kept pausing while trying to watch the show while relaxing

The hotel was fine, but the bathroom needed a refresh of the caulk and cleaning in the corners. It was full of mildew .

The property seem to be poorly maintained, trash strewed about. Walls were dirty, walks need to be washed down, we found the stay to be less than desirable

This is my go-to place when staying in the Redding area. Rooms are large and the property is pet friendly. I do travel with a disabled person, who cannot use his legs. The beds are above wheelchair height, even in the ADA rooms. This is a disappointment, and does put a damper on the stay as getting into bed is a chore. Otherwise, excellent.

The beds were SUPER small for being a queen, but all in all, it was a good stay and the property is beautiful.

Everything you could ever want in one place. The staff are so friendly and helpful it is like family. Came here to deal with a family tragedy. The staff went the extra 10 miles to ensure we were able to take care of our family. Exceptional service and very compassionate people working here. We visit Anderson at least 6 times a year. This is our go to place to stay. Believe me, there is nothing within 20 miles in any direction that is better than this. It’s a win on every level. Restaurant is great! Lots of places to hang outside. The river is literally on the property. You can fish!! Again, it’s the best in the entire Redding/Anderson/Cottonwood area at exactly 12 minutes from downtown Redding on I5.

Staff was extremely friendly. I mean EXTREMELY friendly (one, Kelly, saw I had a surfboard and offered me two he had received for a job he’d done in LA. Mines tail had just come off so it was a life saver. 2 free surfboards. How’s that for customer service!) The waitress, Diana, was very friendly as well. 50% off breakfast if you stay there meaning I got a pretty good breakfast for about $10. (It’s actual restaurant quality not a breakfast bar.) Has a little “lagoon” (some ponds and fountains) but the Sacramento River was right there! So I just walked down there and sat. Which was very beautiful and teeming with nature. Very peaceful. Could use a path or bench down there. Would recommend. Would stay again. Not expensive. Nice place.
