Very clean and spacious room. Breakfast area was well stocked all morning and clean.

It was very noisy especially during the night. My room had an awful odor.

Huge spacious rooms. Nice full bathrooms. Walls are a little thin but nothing that would prevent me from staying here in the future. Front desk was extremely nice. Great stay.

When my wife and I travel we try to stay at a Residence Inn. We feel they offer outstanding amenities and service along with a good price. We take advantage of the full kitchen units because our stay is usually 5 days or longer. We r always happy with our Residence Inn choice.

Overall, excellent hotel to stay at. Very clean and great service. This is the second time we've stayed here for a vacation and highly recommend. Having a full kitchen is a definite convenience and the location of the hotel is great: right where we wanted to be. The beds are definitely firm so something to be aware of if that's a concern for you. Also, showers are somewhat narrow if you're a bigger person but still workable. However, on the whole, the hotel checks all our boxes and we've enjoyed both our stays there.

The main sleeping bedroom is very dim. Also found a dirty pair of underwear on the side of a dresser, when I told the front desk all they said was sorry.

It started a tiny bit rocky because they didn't read my messages about connecting rooms with my business associate and messed that up. We did not have that. However, the young desk clerk, Star, was incredibly friendly, helpful, sweet and courteous, and went out of her way to make the experience better. Honestly, she should get a raise for her ability to diffuse and turn a rocky situation into a soft and comfortable one. The rooms were excellent too.

Really nice hotel! Our room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was a lot bigger than expected and the closet area by the bathroom was so nice to have. The breakfast buffet was better than what most hotels offer. If we are ever in the area visiting RI again I would definitely come back to this hotel. The price was was worth what we got.

Easy place to stay near central Rhode Island a TF Greene airport. Restaurants and stores nearby.

It would have been a 10/10 except the indoor pool area thermostat needs to be turn up.
