Have come back to this hotel a few times and absolutely love it. Carmela around the pool is so helpful and lovely to accommodate you with sun loungers around the pool for your holiday. It is a booking system for sun beds which is better as it stops any rush in the morning. Breakfast is really nice and has a good selection. All the staff in the hotel are friendly and welcoming and will do anything for you. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will keep on coming back here! X

Absolutely stunning hotel in a perfect location. I’m here with my husband, my mum and my niece, and we have all loved the hotel. It’s very clean, comfortable and the staff are all friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this to anyone. The hotel is quiet and stress free whilst being in a great location to get to the beach and restaurants. Its been especially great for my mum who has mobility issues, the area around here means you can avoid a lot of the hills and easily explore the area in a wheelchair

On arrival at the hotel late at night, check in was very quick & easy. On entering our room which was spotlessly clean we were very surprised & delighted to find a tray with a beautiful spread of cold cuts, rolls & fruit as we did not expect to get anything to eat so late. We stayed here for 2 weeks & have no complaints at all. The staff are all extremely helpful polite & respectful in all areas across the hotel. The food is lovely with plenty variety to suit everyone. The rooms are well kept & cleaned daily. We really liked the arrangement for booking loungers round the pool.....no mad rush of guests with towels to secure a lounger early in the morning. CARMELA on duty at the pool area deserves an extra special mention....she went out of her way to secure us the loungers of our choice for our entire stay. She is so pleasant & friendly & will do her utmost to help. The location of the hotel is ideal for walking to the beach & all the shops & restaurants along the sea front. Would we return to this hotel? Yes, in an instant!

We stayed for 10 days in June 2026. Location in Adeje is very good. We were a party of 4 over 2 partial sea view rooms on a B&B basis. Hotel is excellent and staff fabulous. We would definitely return again. Particular positives were the staff, the hotel freshness/smell and contemporary look, the breakfast buffet and the pool bed/towel area. Tiny growls would be having to smell smoke occasionally as the smoker area was not clearly defined, particularly near the bar area and having to walk through a smoking area exiting the hotel to the pool area. Lastly, our spend on the app should be time and dated. Again though, a great choice!

Just got back from an all inclusive week with friends. We were so impressed with everything in this hotel but our main highlight was Santiago who looked after us with the sun beds! We were able to book 6 beds together every day except for one day when we went out on an excursion. This hotel is very clean and the staff were amazing. We could not fault the food at all. So much choice and very tasty. The animation team were amazing! Our favourite was Christian! A great performer and I especially loved the water Zumba.
