Everything was on point and it was a great experience

We started and ended our vacation in Peru at this hotel. The location was great; walking distance to the waterfront, lots of restaurants nearby, and just an Uber ride away to the historical city center. The staff was professional and very helpful. We unwound at the hotel bar in the evening; the bartender was a delight. We especially loved how comfortable and relaxing this hotel was after a busy week of hiking and tours. 10 out of 10 for sure!

Staff was great. They were very helpful even before we arrived. They had great suggestions for dinner too.

The room was clean. All amenities were available. The breakfast was beyond amazing. The area is perfect for walking, shopping and eating. Felt very safe.

Nice place in the center of Miraflores

Great location, breakfast buffet, nice and comfortable room, very knowledgeable concierge, and nice pool and steam rooms. Highly recommend

The property was under construction both inside and outside The rooms smelled like mold on 18th floor we asked to be switched and they did Smelled like fish I don’t know if room service was ordered Tony halls and it smelled the hallways The cleaning in common areas should be better

Outdated rooms and disgusting bathrooms

Room was clean, bed linens white and crispy, which was very nice. Beds and pillows are comfy. There is only 1 trash can for the room - it’s in the bathroom. Usually, hotels put another one in the actual room. Didn’t note air conditioner in the room. Maybe it is central? There is an old type of temperature control on the wall, but I am not sure if it works properly. Warning!!!!! There is a construction site just beside the hotel and hotel itself makes some reno’s , so at around 10:00am drilling started next door to us. Was very noisy. Overall, decent choice for travelers who need a room just to sleep and rest in between full day tours. Breakfast buffet is not the best.

Of the 30 rooms with our team, several did not have functioning AC. Some of the adjoining rooms were quite loud.

Excellent hotel

Amazing breakfast, just everything you could possibly think of! I loved the omelette cooked to order, the chia pudding, the premium coffee, the fresh cut local fruit, the atmosphere, friendly staff, just 100% all around.
