You get what you pay for with this one. The room was dirty, there were marks and stains on the walls, and said walls were paper thin. There was no airflow in the room so I had to keep the window open the whole time I was in the room, and traffic outside was very loud all through the night. The breakfast was almost non-existent. Would not stay here again.

poor location, poor wifi,very noisy neighboorhood, poor bedding, poor soundproofing. All in all: would not recommend.

Stayed for 2 nights in this hotel as it was close to familys house. However great location for the metro, taxi and bus. Room very clean and has everything I needed. Breakfast was basic but did the job. Overall a great place to stay with good value for money.

The Hotel was located perfectly for us 3 minutes from buses,the path of the"Way of St Francis" a walk from Florence to Rome and 5 minutes walk from the Metro. The service was good, staff were friendly and helpful. The lift worked well and our room on the 5th floor was clean and well air-conditioned. The WIFI worked well and breakfast was good. The area seemed to be very safe although our street was not in a very pretty area. There were small fruit and grocery shops and several bars/restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was great every morning. The service was very good. They remembered our names and greeted us when we returned to the hotel every day. We stayed there 5 nights, very clean and comfortable. They even packed us a breakfast to go when we had to leave at 2:00 AM to catch a plane.

It was the location I wanted as I needed to be in the northwest part of Rome. It is super convenient to metro stop. Service was great. Hotel itself is fine- nothing fancy but it was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Good value.

The hotel was great and the staff were so lovely. If anything to criticise it was that the room was very hot and the air con didn't work. But not bad for March time. Although it is very close to the metro so not too bad for getting into central Rome, it isn't a great area. There aren't many restaurants and it was just a bit dodgy. I wish this hotel was located more centrally.

Basic but excellent value for money.Very convenient for bus & metro into the centre.

Staff (Syliva, Iren, and Iladia) were very very helpful to our needs. They guided us simplistically on means of transportation, and suggestions on tours and visiting sites. They also assisted us in banking issues and touring preparations. They were very professional and attentive to our needs. All 3 staff helped us in making our stay more pleasant adventurous and enjoyable.

Great little gem in a slightly run down area. Staff were great, helpful, friendly called us a taxi when the metro was on strike. Breakfast was great and the room was what we needed, comfy beds, very clean, good bathroom, not huge or luxurious but perfect for what we wanted. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and would use again.

Unfortunately not so nice experience. First room smells of cigarettes (the previous guest was smoking on the window,lots of cigarettes on the balcony floor) Insects everywhere. Bathroom poorly clean,mold in the shower corners.....

Pleasant enough, as my stay was as a pilgrim passing through. Check in was ok, room clean and bathroom ok. Try not however get a room next to the elevator as it is noisy. Liked the bed and the staff were ok with help, there is a great piazza about 500m up the road where you can feel very old in the bars and restaurants. It is on bus routes and there is a metro nearby, it was ok for a solo travelling chap who doesn't feel unsafe in different places. I would not choose this place if romance was in the air. Breakfast was better than most on my way of St Francis As I don't have a sweet tooth.

very comfortable rooms. when you arrive at the hotel, the surroundings are not to attractive. The neighborhood doesn't look or feel safe but after a day or two, it feels positively better. The best asset the hotel has is the front desk clerk name Sylvia; Sylvia is very knowledgeable of the city and she is ready to assist.

Great experience. In a nice neighborhood just on the outskirts of the city.
