Been staying at this hotel every time I come to Venice and it’s the best!

Great room, EXCELLENT breakfast options and CLOSE to train station!

Good choice , just steps away from train station, big room , quiet area

It was very convenient to the airport. There was a free shuttle provided. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options.

The properry was very outdated. There is carpet on the hallway leading to the room and it was filthy. It is also remote so there was nothing close by. One positive is that the train station is located directly behind the hotel.

Nice clean and spacious hotel close to Marco Polo airport. Located beside train station which runs to Venice Island. Complimentary airport shuttle.

Arranged taxi for us to airport, most employees were fluent in English, rooms were really nice, bar has good selection of drinks, let us check in early, just a great hotel

Great place and excellent location. All the staff were very kind and friendly and they all spoke english. Just steps from the train station. They have free parking and a restaurant on the premises. Free buffet breakfast had plenty of choices. Room was large, modern and clean. TV had multiple channels of different languages.

A/C in my room didn’t work. My room was very hot

If you're looking for a hotel that is semi-close to the airport for one night, this is a decent place. They were very quick to respond to any request I had and the staff was excellent. The downside to staying here is that there are very few restaraunts nearby, so you have to eat at this hotel. The food was not good at all, even though the servers were very kind. Very overpriced for the quality of the food.

It is a basic hotel with good staff. Needs bathroom updates.

We had a bathroom with broken tiles and mold. It’s convenient to the airport and breakfast was good. Staff was great and the room itself good but the bathroom is very tired and needs some care. If you have time to travel into Venice the train station is a 3 mins walk. Make sure to request a room not on the side where the train runs.

bathroom was damaged, crumbling wall . Empty tissue box. Service was good and train to Venice very convenient.

Staff was very helpful and helped solve an issue that arise.
