Clean room , easy check in and out , good location and helpful staff !

Warm room replenished consumables. Nice welcome at night upon arrival. Bus stop in front of the hotel, restaurants and perhaps a decent walk to the city if one is fit and wants to explore

Great breakfast

It was very conveniently located within easy reach of public transport to get to the city centre sightseeing places. We stayed for two nights and breakfast was average for the rates paid. It was the same breakfast next day!

We were unable to get hot water most days from 8 am to 10am. I think they have one hot water system. Also the room was xold and the water heat was not turned on for the room.

Property is modern, room is spa ious and chic. Reception staff friendly. There is a touch of class.

Location is good

I booked a room according to the website, but I got a narrow room with skylights and a sloping ceiling.

Very clean ,Remodeled modern architecture in Room ,around lot of restr.market ,5 stop bus to Wien Mitte . Personel is extremely helpful,nice ,Good open bufett breakfast,fast 2 elevator ,my fav hotel in Vienna 3 problem 1— internet service / Poor ..2— You cant lock your door from inside while sleeping 3— Some elctrical outlet in The Room .( You cant turn off lights fron bed ) ..

What I don’t like —problematic İnternet , You cant Lock The Room feom inside and wrong placed electrical outlets ( at The bed You cant turn off lights ) ..
