Clean room, super friendly staff. In the middle of the historical center but quiet room. Hell to arrive by car; one must park some distance away. Just be aware

We had a junior suite, and it was very comfortable. The room and hotel were completely quiet, something rare in Naples. The hotel's location was terrific. Every hotel employee was friendly, courteous, and helpful. This is an extremely well-run hotel, and it was a pleasure to stay here for five nights.

The hotel itself was nice and clean and staff was friendly. There was shopping close by with good deals. We bought a medium size luggage for €20. Continental breakfast was very good with a large variety. When everyone is trying to take a shower in the morning, hot water does run out which I heard it is common in these areas so I would have to take a shower at night or very early in the morning. I know Naples is known for their graffiti so I was not surprised with that, but I was surprised with the amount of trash in the area when we arrived by taxi, we found a pile of trash in front of the hotel. Which was cleaned up the next morning.

Location is very convenient, shopping, dinning, and for transportation. Breakfast is included, the room is clean and best Italian bedding and towels. Five stars serving, front desk staff are very helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

I didn’t like this hotel the breakfast was really poor even the room is to small no one help us with the luggage and it’s a lot of stairs

The room was clean and the beds were very good. The bathroom was very small and difficult to dry one's self in after a shower. The area was quiet and the drapes covered the windows sufficiently to block light.

Hotel staff were friendly! The room was very clean. Nearby food was delicious! We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel itself is very nice. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Walking up to the hotel from the outside can be a little disconcerting. If you are not used to big city life and the people that inhabit the big city it could be a little intimidating especially in the evening. That said, the staff is again, so very helpful.

Great location and very clean. Only problem I had was the poor internet connection. The Wi-Fi service did not work. It was very inconvenient for work purposes.

This was perfect for our one night stay in Florence. Central location, helpful staff and an enormous well appointed room.

Ok hotel, area in front of hotel was a bit sketchy. The hotel itself is just starting to be ready for a renovation but was clean and the staff were amazing.

Ideal location for the old town with friendly staff and a clean environment. Breakfast could be better by providing some more options. Overall, this hotel is great for somebody wanting to explore Naples. More generally, our first impressions of Naples was let down by the volume of rubbish that was on the street outside the hotel and elsewhere across some of the city. If you want to visit Naples then this hotel is good for doing so.

Nice hotel. Giving 4 stars not 5 because everything was good but nothing stood out as exceptional. The breakfast was as expected in a European hotel. Staff in breakfast area were excellent. Whole hotel very clean. My room large, comfortable, and well appointed. Bathroom great. All this is as it should be. Lovely stay would stay again Area around hotel may shock those not expecting a busy city but area felt save and was very convenient. Would recommend staying here.

Nice tidy hotel in the historic part of the city a short walk to the sites . Naples is very dirty but this hotel did clean up the front area from all the rubbish. Big spacious room and lovely breakfast.
